Al Derea to showcase AED 1.4bn IMPZ project at Cityscape Dubai
Leading Dubai property developer Al Derea is set to launch an iconic new project in the International Media Production Zone worth an approx AED 1.4bn.
The project will be unveiled at Cityscape Dubai, the 7th edition of the world’s largest business-to-business real estate investment and development exhibition running from the 6th to the 9th of October at the Dubai International Exhibition Centre at stand 1G30.
The project, covering nearly 1 million square foot, 900 apartments and 2 buildings, Media Gates will be an iconic landmark in the IMPZ.
