pelo que vi no site ainda há alguns aptos a venda, de 127, 248 e a cobertura de 422 m2, com preços a partir de R$ 700 mil

Each "module" in the tower is an apartment. Although I think it is an interesting project, it looks too much like "Jenga" to me:
