Yes, TOP granted. Should be able to go into an apartment from mid October.

yes, it has. Just finished doing the defect list. Will post of video and photo after the contractor finished the repair. Beaufort on Nassim has also TOP.

saw 2 units at st. regis...finishing quality nice but not keen on views (these were mid floor facing tanglin SC and other facing old tan tock seng house).

have also stayed in st. regis hotel before, and can tell you without a doubt that hotel rooms are finished nicer than condo units. a shame really, as hotel is really damn nice!

btw, contractor same for st. regis as Arc @Draycott so can see many similarities (wardrobes, lifts, etc.). frankly, cant see paying $3000 psf for this product. maybe just me, but brand name is not a big draw for me individually as occupier. rental yield will also not be sufficient as investor if buying re-sale.
