DIRC to unveil projects worth Dhs1.8bn at Cityscape Dubai 2008
Dubai Investments Real Estate Company (DIRC), the real estate arm of Dubai Investments PJSC, will unveil two luxury residential projects worth a combined Dhs1.8bn at the upcoming Cityscape Dubai 2008 property exhibition.
The projects include the Dhs300m Violet Tower, an upscale residential tower in Jumeirah Village, and a waterfront residential tower, worth Dhs1.5bn, located in the heart of Dubai Maritime City.
In addition to these prestigious projects, DIRC will showcase at Cityscape the recently-launched Mirdiff Hills - an Dhs2bn mixed-use development - as well as upcoming residential, commercial and hotel projects in Meydan, which are worth a combined Dhs1bn.
Obaid Al Salami, General Manager of DIRC, said:
'This is the third successive year that DIRC is participating in Cityscape Dubai. We had an extensive presence in the last two editions of the show, where our projects attracted an overwhelming response from investors and contributed greatly towards enhancing our brand visibility and market position.'
