I don't really like the idea, too massive and it will bring more false stereotypes to the area. KCK is proud of their state's legacy but I don't think KCMO is enthusiastic about more stereotypes.

Well, I'm somewhat surprised. Whenever I've gone through KCK, it was late at night driving to Topeka. Coming back during the day I was always focused on KCMO. Never even knew KCK had a skyline. It isn't bad. 7/10

By all accounts, Kansas City, Kansas is a dismal place where Kansas City, Missouri deposits its poor and its criminals. It's much the same dynamic you find between St. Louis, MO, and East St. Louis, IL. Average at best. 5.

The city is split between two states, part is in Kansas and is called Kansas City, KS and Part is in Missouri and is called Kansas City, MO - but it is virtually the same city.

BTW I can't see any pictures.

It would be fairer to view this as one city, but since we are rating KCK, I can only give it a 4, and that's being generous.

I expected another city, perhaps the photos are no showing the best side of the Kansas City :dunno:

The downtown has a Minneapolis-esque atmoshpere. My family ate there for lunch/dinner on our trip to Texas and the restaurants were very similar to Mineapolis.

This piece of crap isn't Kansas City at all!!! Remember its Kansas City, KANSAS. Kansas City, Missouri has about 100 times as many skyscrapers and is WAY bigger than this POOR suburb of Kansas City. 5.5 damn that was I beleive my second lowest rating yet.

why does KCK even have a thread, its just a small group of buildings across the river from the real skyline in Missouri. The Plaza and crown center areas on the missouri side also have better skylines than KCK .

KC's glory days were in the 1930's when its skyline was the best one west of the Mississippi River. It has yet to recapture that. 6.5
