The impressive Luxurious Touristic Village (Al-Jazeera) – Ain Taya project is a coastal development, located east of the city of Algiers. Set hillside alongside a sandy four-kilometre stretch of beach, and overlooking the sparkling blue seas of Mediterranean.

The village is designed to introduce premier tourist attractions and luxurious gated residential accommodation to the area. It is divided by a natural lake and nature reservation into East and West Banks, and smooth traffic flow between the two sections will be enabled by a modern multi-lane bridge.

The combined area of the development, including the 530,000 m2 of white beach, totals over 3 million m2, and will be able to accommodate between 15-20,000 permanent residents and approximately 3000 hotel guests. In addition, its commercial, entertainment and business facilities will attract up to 100,000 visitors per day.

An excellent transport network links the Luxurious Touristic Village with the Boumedienne International Airport (14 km), Algiers city centre (24 km) and the bustling harbor of Algiers (25 km).
