without the antenna and being one of the best in europe its a ten but since that antenna sticks out so much i'd give it a 8.5/10

Very nice tower. Very nice at night with all the lights. Was there a few days ago. Just love it. Because it's not a 300 + i give it a 9 out of 10

When i play Sim City 4, this is the building that shows you you're city is now in the top. It's absolutely stunning and fits perfectly with Frankfurt. 8.5/10

one update more in this section and this tower is no longer in the Top 100 :(. 9-10 years ago it was arround palce 50-60. crazy how many new towers have been build since that time

Stunning baby, bit fat.
Anyway, this tower doesn't need a rating. It's way too cool for that:)
Enviromental feature (gardens) kicks ass!
Not the worlds most awesome tower - unique though.

I love this building it's a 10 I saw this on simcity 3 rush hour when I played the game...very cool, I never thought that there's a real building.

There's so much more to this buildings that what you just initially see. I've seen it in person, and I thought it was rather nice. Very unique.
