Borgestad Næringspark (http://borgestadnaeringspark.no) is a reconstruction development project at a industrial zone between Skien and Porsgrunn in Telemark county. Construction of
the first office buildings and reconstruction of the older preserved industrial buildings is starting during autumn 2008. Construction of a 16 floor tall high-
rise building will start following completion of the first construction phase. Status as of now is proposed, since not all the political decisions has not been
taken yet. The park cover some 42 000sqm of space, while the high-rise building cover about 6 000sqm of area. Architect is Asplan Viak (http://www.asplanviak.no/).
