Torre Picasso was projected over the A1 plot at AZCA, Madrid. It has a 10 000 m2 surface. With its rectangular 45 floors ( 38 x 50 m) and 5 basements and its 157 m (171 including the last basement) the building is visible from any Madrid access.

To me, the best skyscraper in Madrid, it's so elegant, so pure in their lines... i like it!! and by night it's just amazing!! At this district there is one of the most crowded by night, it's full of clubs and pubs!!

White boxes are generally alright, and this one is quite good. The lighting is great.

Its a 4. For it's size, Madrid hasn't done very well with skyscrapers. This one looks like it belongs in a small to midsize American or Canadian city, not the capital of Spain!

Elegant and simple design, but boring aesthetics... The Torre Picasso is more suited for a mid-size city like Petaling Jaya (in Malaysia, which has fewer skyscrapers) than a metropolis like Madrid...

Very simple and shiny, but the design was not very original for the year it was built. However, relax, it wont be the tallest in a city as important as Madrid for much more time!

Well, now the "Torre Picasso" is the 5º tallest tower in Madrid and the 7º (it's not the 6º just for 1 metre :D) tallest in Spain.
