About one hour and 30 minutes. I have a huge city to the north, south, and east so density just filled in since the demand to commute to those cities is so high.

Check out About SkyscraperCity. There are quite a few threads in there explaing what to do and how to host them. If you still do not understand, find a mod that speaks your language. I am assuming it is French, PM a french mod and ask. :)
