They are nice but residentials are too close to each other.

Btw what were you expecting? Few years ago, you were saying " very nice " to such projects in Istanbul. This is Afyon.

Only down effect I see in this project is residentials being close..

and most important thing about this project, it will change huge area in city center. this is an urban development project for old terminal plot.
