Here a guy from the security of the park came running to me and said that "The business doesn't want to be filmed" ... This was my last photo from inside, well at least they didn't force me to delete what i have shot before that. :)

Sorry that i am gonna disappoint a lot of you guys, but i still think that these (almost of them) are the ugliest and most miserable office buildings that i have ever seen in my entire life, no matter live or online.

I agree with you it looks like some horrible German suburb, and this style makes all of europe look the same, its so dull! I hate the silly hedges too. I think the curly glass buildings quite nice though, and the pictures are great.

Well ... I am not in love with this part of Sofia, nor i think it is something like "Crème de la crème" ... but i feel good walking through those alleis... it is calm, clean, quiet and nice there, not like the other places you could work in Sofia :) So i find it as a good working place(of course if you live in Mladost4, not in Lozenec and have to travel at least 40 mins. each day to reach the place) :cheers:

Alright but I don't think it should be some kinda emblem of the city to deserve separate thread. As I said it's just a regular business complex and not a pretty one IMO. I mean most of the buildings are build fast and cheap so there's no much to show. I don't see a big difference between those buildings and a new supply depot - may be the glassy facades. They're pretty much the same sh*t.

Just the Holiday inn hotel seems a little bit interesting I guess because it's some kind of remake of an old structure.

I think it´s ok, it doesn´t look as cheap as other cities malls and so on which sometimes look very cheap. i can´t get when in bulgaria they build malls and business buildings and don´t use expensive materials to save money. In Sofia it´s different.

BPS is an improvement over many other parts of Sofia. However, some of the buildings they built just don't go well together. Take for example that yellow industrial type building that's next to some awkward structural attempts at semi cubism/semi post-modern architecture... WTF? Who came up with that idea? Walmart's chief architect? It's like a multi layered mish-mash of diarrhea after eating lots of different fruits and vegetables.

Note: By the word fruits, the author of the above statement does not mean to offend resident SSC gay people. The word was simply used as a reference to the combination of human metabollic waste and undigested parts of bananas, kiwi's, tomatoes, blue and blackberries and possibly some non-fruits such as nuts.

Because other people want to understand what´s being talked here, too, foreign users browse this part of the forum lately. If you don´t cre that other users want to read our forum you probably are against foreign users interested in Bulgaria which is silly. Most of the time it's better to talk in English because SSC is an international forum. It is of course OK to talk in Bulgarian whenever one feels like it, but as a general rule we believe it is in Bulgaria's best interest to have foreigners receive a steady supply of information about projects/development in the country from the various threads here. :cheers:

I think it's kind of stupid to block people. It's a forum, and you go on here to read what's new in Bulgaria, but most of you also go on here to read other people's opinions. Radi sometimes has good things to say.

Also, I understand that it would be better to speak in English most of the time since there's a larger number of people that speak that language, but talking in Bulgarian shouldn't be such a bad thing.

In every single thread, there are Bulgarian and English posts. A reader, if he/she did not know Bulgarian, could easily get the gist of what we are talking about. If they need clarification, I don't think it would be too hard for someone to type a small summary of what was said in Bulgarian.
