I'm working on it. I'm getting some large gourmet olive oil bottles to add contrast and earth tones. Also some stainless steel gizmos to break up the monochromatic theme that is prevalent.

Cheap by European standards.

Oh and $150 parking underground.

Indeed. Try to get such rents in Munich/Frankfurt/Düsseldorf/... CBD (don't even think about London or therelike) - hard task.
