Hi Guys!
There seems to be absolutely NO update on this supposedly "prestigious" commercial development since its huge launch by 'Aristocrat Star Investments LLC' in January 2008 with a very attractive Payment Plan of 15% on Booking, 15% after one year & balance 70% on completion projected in 2010.
Any inputs on the status of this Project shall be highly appreciated. The Developers always seem to promise an extremely bright future but unfortunately avoid any updates on the current status / progress over time.
These office units were being sold at approx AED 1300.00/sq.ft. early this year, and I believe the prices have NOT changed much since!
Appreciate any information/progress update/prospect on above investment.
