The 200m high "Tower 1B" is the new addition to the Amman's new downtown "Abdali project" from Al Hamad Construction & Development Co., featuring a dazzling aesthetic look, designed by Laceco, symbolizing the tree of life, emphasizing the energetic spirit of the Amman's new heart.
It's mainly residential with a podium hosting offices, located at a focal point besides the Capital Tower and Rotana Hotel.

"1B Tower" has 54 floors, a spacious (BUA) of 90,000 sqm, developed at a cost of 150,000,000 JD, and to be completed in 30 months. Truly, a masterpiece.

its about 190m 2nd highest in abdali project...
