^^Wonderful shots,Migs Suv.Thanks!

I'm quite disappointed sa schedule sang opening sang NBSA.Medyo short ang akon return date.:ohno:I knew it they could never be trusted by the early publicities they made on the news.I did already make some date adjustments for my return flight.Nagrebooked na ko.

I'm sure most of the Bacolenos who will be home this December was also filled with excitement to use this new airport terminal because they made an early announcement on the public that it will be operational by Christmas.I think they should realize that the more they throw unconfirmed details will further destroy thier public image and i find it very unprofessional. There's nothing more we can expect from them. They only focused more on thier popularity.:bash:

Meg actually thats the only available date of the president to visit negros, according to my cousin is not that long to market the airport code around the world. very frustrating news sayang ang tax na pera gin garbage lang..... wat a waste of money....

Mig, that will surely depend on the local and foreign tourists that will flock Bacolod/Negros. Bacolod's local tourism council and tour companies should put their acts together to develop a massive nationwide marketing campaign for Bacolod and Negros in general. In this manner, income of service/hospitality businesses(esp. hotels) in the city will be skyrocketing. As a result, upgrading of facilities and amenities of these businesses will be more earlier as expected and projected. So our 5 star hotel dreams will formally come into reality.:) So start na promote sa mga relatives and friends mo to try Sylvia Manor Hotel in their next Bacolod itineraries.:)

Building code guidelines proposed
An ordinance laying down basic guidelines and procedures in the implementation of Section 208 of the National Building Code has been proposed by Bacolod Councilor Dindo Ramos.

The proposed ordinance said the National Building Code of the Philippines in the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations mandates the retention by the Office of the Building Official of 20 percent of its total collection from permit fees and other charges.

It said the Department of Public Works and Highways has not yet issued pertinent guidelines on how the retained amount can be transferred to the account of the OBO and how it can be disbursed.

The 20 percent of the total collection of the OBO in Bacolod City from March 2006 to October 2006 of P1.8 million has been remitted to the national treasury, as provided in the National Building Code, but up to now his not been released by the Department of Budget and Management, the proposed ordinance noted.

Because of the lack of guidelines and procedures, the 20 percent collected amounting to P2.8 million for November 2006 to August 2007 is withheld and deposited with the Authorized Government Depository Bank, it said.

Ramos yesterday said that with the passage of the ordinance the OBO will no longer have to remit this amount to the national office.

The proposed ordinance will be submitted to the Sangguniang Panlungsod today for second reading.*CGS

TUP-V Grads Top VMA Bridging Program
Out of 3 batches of the bridging program of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) wherein VMA Global College is one of the accredited schools in Western Visayas, graduates of TUP-Visayas in Talisay City have always been at the top.

Bridging program is a 5-month training of licensed mechanical engineers to Marine engineering course, in order for them to qualify for seamanship employment.

Recognition and launching ceremonies for Batch 3 over the weekend had another TUP-V graduate as valedictorian, in the person of Mechanical Engineer Jofil Ma-lunes. He is thankful to Leonis Navigation for the benefits that he has availed of from the training to his boardship as a seaman with Leonis Navigation.

Second honors is Engr. Joseph dela Cruz, Jr., and Engr. Christopher Heyrosa -3rd honors.

Nona Escandelor, TUP-V assistant director for administration and finance said “we continue to support the bridging program because our school has been identified by VMA Global College as its in-put for the program.

Atty. John N. Orola, Jr, Chairman of the Board, VMA, said, the bridging program serves as eye opener to the agencies of government and the public. It is a new innovation of ideas to explore and provide new courses relevant to the needs of the time, and gives employment to the graduates.

Dr.Elizabeth Salabas,VMA president has enumerated the major shipping companies sponsoring the bridging program trainees. K-Line International Shipping Ltd. with manning agencies in the Philippines - Veritas Ship-ping,Ventis Shipping Lines, Neofil shipping, and Phoenix; and Santoko Senpaku in Japan with Orophil International Shipping as its manning agency in the Philippines.

These sponsors have paid the training fees, textbooks, school supplies, uniforms, transportation and other allowances of the 15 trainees.

All graduates are assured of seamanship board for overseas employment by the said international shipping companies. While the 4th batch, Dr. Salabas said will accept registration November 19 - 30, 2007 for training. jay when are you coming home? are you gonna move your date?

I will be coming home this December.I have made an allowance for my vacation leave because of how the government system runs in our country but still my calculation fell short.I can't do anything to reschedule my leave. And besides peak season na,fully booked pa sa sina nga date.Kanugon mga 5 days before the opening ang return date ko.

How was the reaction of the Bacolenos association in there?

quite disappointed going home empty handed of pictures of new airport

Most of the flight here are fully booked until June of 2008, iam not sure why theres no direct flight from here to Manila, only PAL, they need to look at the market.

Bacolod jin makes SEAG-bound team
COACH UPBEAT OF PADILLA'S CHANCES
BY CEDELF TUPAS
Carlos Padilla V, a taekwondo jin born and raised in Bacolod City, will make his Southeast Asian Games debut next month when he sees action in the flyweight category of the men's taekwondo event at the Vongchavalitkul Hall in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand

The 24-year-old Padilla's inclusion in the national team was relayed to the DAILY STAR yesterday by his coach, Jimjim Chua of the Negros Taekwondo Union.

Chua said he expects Padilla, a three-year RP Team veteran, to do well in Thailand .

“He has improved a lot and has international exposure,” Chua said of Padilla, who started training at the NTU gym at 13-years-old.

“He is a determined, brave and smart fighter,” Chua added.

This year, Padilla competed in the 19 th Fajar Invitational Cup in Iran and also underwent training in the sport's place of origin, Korea , in preparation for the SEA Games.

Padilla, a registered nurse, has made his presence felt in national tournaments, winning gold medals in the Samsung Best of the Best Championships and Carlos Palanca Jr. Taekwondo Championships.

Chua believes a SEA Games victory could move Padilla closer to his cherished goal of making the Olympics.

Padilla is the only Negros Occidental-born member in the taekwondo team for this year's SEA Games, although Bacoleños Antonio Lacson and Monsour Del Rosario have competed in the biennial meet in the past.

Chua said Padilla is an aggressive fighter with a mean power kick and how well he could combine his aggresiveness with his defense could spell the difference in his campaign.

“He kicks in bunches unlike other fighters,” Chua said. “But his aggressiveness leaves him vulnerable to attacks as well”.

Joining Padilla in the team are John Paul Lizardo, finweight; Jeffrey Figueroa, bantamweight; Tshomlee Go, featherweight; Manuel Rivero, lightweight; Ernesto Mendoza, welterweight; Alexander Briones, middleweight, and Michael Alejandrino, heavyweight.*CPT

I don't think we're in that line of thought yet. Putting up a hotel is pretty costly and the return on investment takes a long time. Typically hotels only earn after 10 years of operation. Business Inn has been in the industry for almost 10 years (I think) and I believe it's the right time for them to expand because they might have already recouped their investment.

I'm pretty optimistic that we will expand. Maybe after 8 years or so. :)

When I left Bacolod over a year ago, there was something like one fatal motorcycle accident each week. Is it still like that? I hope the motorcycles don't get too popular or else Bacolod will become very noisy. I sold my car cheap to a friend who had three motorcycles and he sold the motorcycles to be able to raise the money to buy my car. Using a motorcycle is just too dangerous.

i agree ... esp. if the road is wet & slippery ... good thing that wearing of helmets is strict now ....:ohno:

anyway, it's just a matter of educating the road users before they go out on the street ... else, we will become a city of messy traffic violators ...

nami lang ang motor kun short distance travel lang ... like kadto sa merkado or grocery para manindahan ... but for long distance travel esp. in highways ... masyado ka delikado ... halong lang sa mga bikers ta dira nga amigos ..:)

Smile, Bar21 used to be the epitome of nightlife and fine dining in Bacolod. Their branch before in Megamall closed down for reason that I think all related to location. If they could've only picked a good location in Manila.. Megamall is a good location but not for a bar/resto. More so, coz its located at the 2nd level of Megamall. And now I guess they're also struggling in Bacolod. With the mushrooming of a lot of good restos and bars/cafes in the city thats giving them a pounding and a run for their money.:)

^^SMH seems really doing well and it's good to know that there are future plans.:)

youre right theyve been in the business for more than a decade now :) but i know that SMH will also shine...you've got a good location, nice rooms and wonderful staff. :)

thats right...and some even got good sound system ha. :) just imagine a motorbike with subwoofers. :) hahahaha clever!!!!

got lots of friends who had their motorcycles personalized, have you seen out third sex friends who ride in their motorcycles?..mas maganda pa motorcycles nila sa mga lalaki, hehehehe...anyway grabe ang market sa bacolod when it comes to motorbikes:banana:

i agree ... esp. if the road is wet & slippery ... good thing that wearing of helmets is strict now ....:ohno:

anyway, it's just a matter of educating the road users before they go out on the street ... else, we will become a city of messy traffic violators ...

nami lang ang motor kun short distance travel lang ... like kadto sa merkado or grocery para manindahan ... but for long distance travel esp. in highways ... masyado ka delikado ... halong lang sa mga bikers ta dira nga amigos ..:)

Motorcycles are very popular in Vietnam.Mostly thier streets are crowded with this.According to some business analyst it is a positive indication of the economy.

Bacolenos who can't afford to buy cars usually opted to buy motorcycles and because of the very attractive and affordable promotion,we will be able to continue to see numerous motorbikes.

I happen to accompany my bro in an accessories shop and there are plenty of items used to modify motorbikes and cars.Probably most this acessories are imported from Taiwan.

I'd rather buy a horse than buy a motorbike. I've been in two motorcycle accidents here and to me, that is enough. Even if everybody is using a motorcycle around here, it is still too dangerous. In a car, you at least have something to cushion you as well as seatbelts to protect you.

If the oil prices still go up, Bacolod should seriously think of adding a "green" lane, for cyclists and horses, to help the people cope with the rising prices. Now, Bloomberg is saying that it might even hit US$ 150 per barrel... On its own, it is already very bad and in addition to that, the US Dollar would probably crash down to the 20's if it ever happens. The sad thing is, the Philippines highest earning expats are in the States.

Using a motorcycle is just too dangerous.

yes...but not in bacolod. :) some in kabankalan, bago and those coming from the north. :) The problem here is that wearing of helmet is not properly imposed. If they can only follow Cebu where all of the riders wear their helmets :)

Yes...those were the days where Bacolod is really enjoying the Life after midnight. :) But its different now, people just evovled...Anyway, i think its not on the 2nd level jeff...i think its on the 4th. :) it was really a bad idea to put a branch there. They could have palced it in El pueblo or just in the mega strip instead. :)

yup yup.. el pueblo could have been a good venue for a Bar21 branch in that area. Actually, a lot of Bacolod's night owl used to party at bar21 during Christmas or New Years eve. Having their own countdown to usher in the new year. Well, time is running fast nowadays. Hopefully the change will be good for Bacolod.:)

It would be better for the old City Hall be converted into a garden inspired mall or arcade.. come to think of the uniqueness it will generate.. all the greens and shopping in one roof. Galing daw indi bagay sa ambience sang downtown na pang masa. Or build a mall na lng na daw 888 Chinatown Square style eh.:)
^^ For me migo Jay, i dont want another hotel in that area. Its too crowded and not fit a location for a classy hotel. Siguro pwede pa mga hotel na pang Kings Hotel style. Coz my point is, kanugon sang isa ka project as beautiful as a well designed hotel kon ibutang lang sa downtown. Definitely sooner its beauty and class will fade if dira sa area ibutang. I would bat for a commercial center in replacement to the old City Hall.:)
Baka pwede nalang tower ilagay doon,,,masskara tower, etc

That idea is okay. But what we're after here is the so called necessity. What is NEEDED and not just what we WANTED.:) We need something that can generate employment for the people at the same time add funds to the coffers of the city. And besides the Masskara Tower you envisioned is but fitting if built at Bacolod's east area. :)

It should be a six storey building since it is much taller than the five storey Sta. Monica building (College of Architecture & Fine Arts).

It seems that the tallest buildings in Bacolod, except for PNB, already belong to the schools. Riverside has the second tallest, and both LCC and Colegio de San Agustin both have five storey buildings.

ahhh.. so offshore bar is at MetroDome. I've heard over the grapevine that Ratsky is considering MetroDome to be its next venue after Cebu. Hopefully it will soon come.:) Good addition to the already exciting nightlife of Bacolod.

Because downtown Bacolod City is under the flight path of the old domestic airport. With the old airport decomissioned, the contractors and architects will have easy time constructing high rises in Bacolod downtown area. :okay:

This is good news to the owner of the Sugarland Hotel, hehe!! :D

this another commercial center I will repost near Mansilingan posted by sugarfreak near to his development

since the brgy mansilingan is going higher of population w/ the multiplication of the classy residential subdivition developments...so i guess the Ayala Group will be having an interest to negotiate on that area somewhere in mansilingnan like to what happned before to Lopues Group having a planned to put-up their largest Lopues mall among of all Lopues,,,i dunno now about lopues if this still holding a proposal

right...its a big project of the active group after the success of its cambridge in talisay :) i dont know when will they build the trafalgar square in talisay :)

:)

its already on development since 2006 i think...pls visit to Bacolod Projects & Construction thread for further details

Right bernie...but at this time,. i have a hunch that after the openning of the new airport..another tension will arise in Bacolod and thats the stand of the mayor to retain the airport. That will be another debate and i hope it will be resolved soon and come up with a decision to sell it to investors and create a new site for progress. Haaaay!!!

Why is Bing insisting of retaining the airport upon the opening of the new facility? What are his basis of defense? Are they salient for Bacolod's development? I know that Bacolod has lots of space to develop but the airport is another expenditure. Its more profitable IMO if it will be converted to a commercial zone.

^^At the moment Sugarland is still enjoying good occupancy rate because of its location.Very close to the airport and yet to the night strip of Goldenfields. When the airports closed we'll see if they expand. They can go upwards as much as they want. But surely the airports closure will have an impact on thier hotel bookings.Surely they will feel the pinch.

Precisely bernie!!!! i dont know whats his stand on the retention of the airport. IMO it would be beneficial if they will convert it into an economic zone or sell it and be converted to a business arena.

even Sen. Gordon said his piece already and he wants the airport to be sold.
I hope he wont be too emotional about the airport, i dont think theres a sentimental value on his part why he wants to preserve it. :) hehehehehe

Its for practicality's sake. Later on, the aviators would prefer to land on a new and longer and safer airport.

Its so lame! I'm sure that the Bacolodnons will compromise with the distance of the new airport. Maanad man kamo dugaydugay like the Cebuanos is to their Mactan and Ilonggos to Cabatuan. I mean, its much safer and more comfortable than the present airport right? They can also use the New Silay Airport for such purposes too.

I still go for the closure of the old airport and convert it to a more useful area.

They have to plant it on pots. Not on the structure itself.Though it could not be costly for the maintenance plus water. But real sure,it will be more beautiful with palm plants or any hanging plants or the most common which bougainvilleas.it just need good trimming and care to make it more presentable.

their under negotiation right now, the city will proclaimed first the old airport into SEZ area before it will converted into commericial, so far this what Bata Sique are doing now, shes pushing the site into BPO's. you will find out after the old airport wll be close on January. I remember she said the giant is already stayed in his mansion for long years.

Remember the report before why the president is in favor to sale the property, and why Leonardia and the rest of the group has been quiete for a while,, because the giant is already in the mansion. and he wants to expand the property.

Trafalgar Square is already finished. To date, an office building has been constructed and another commercial building was being built near the Cambridge side last September.

Ayala already owns the land to the south and east of Active Group's development. It is still mostly vacant and is mainly intended for residential development. Ayala might be looking for a huge tract of land that will be comparable to Active's Business Park and not to Trafalgar Square.

Gokongweis group, Robinson;s group of company will put up BPO, Hotels, condo's and offices at the back of Robinsons mall.
Ayala lands is now scouting in madalangan area, for their BPO offices mixed with condo.
Eton Groups of Companies at the old Bacolod Airport. BPO and office mix with condo's
Active Group by Antonio Turalba Sr. Eroreco Bacolod City, BPO's hotels and sports center, condo's offices

SM's plan is to convert the shoreline into a boulevard similar to the one in Dumaguete. That's according to my dad. Maybe he's been looking over the blueprints that come into the office to be duplicated.

As for the other companies, I don't really know. Ayala Land never really took off. Maybe in the next 5 years it will reconsider investing. Eton is busy with its investments in Manila and China. Eton's new condo in the Greenbelt area is due to start construction soon. Active Group, I have no idea. Has the case been settled with the courts with regards to their alleged land grab from the peasants?

The new Convergys building along Mandalagan is being constructed by the same people behind Kundutel (their construction business). The former also invested in the building.

Local companies are partnering directly with foreign investors (which is better, in my opinion). These companies have more to gain by negotiating directly (faster) rather than talking to the big companies which take a longer time and have different strategic plans and goals. The same is the case with the PC shops in Bacolod who have partnered with BPOs.

These companies have more to gain by negotiating directly (faster) rather than talking to the big companies which take a longer time and have different strategic plans and goals. The same is the case with the PC shops in Bacolod who have partnered with BPOs.

Ayala is now looking for business park in "Bacolod if fact they already negotiating with the local business here, they will put BPO;s office and condo's thats according to my source inside the city hall.

anyway thats only the plan never materialized so far, hope just crossing our finger.

i will do that next week. I will be visiting the new airport next week and i will just include trafalgar square in my IT next week. :)

I agree with you, their looking for a business park, but what I mean is they might put up a mall in the future.

I think ayala is more focused about building first class subdivisions here in negros and next would be the business park :) I just hope everything will fall into its proper places in due time :)

Bob thanks for the information, hopefully soon we have a pictures of Trafalgar square.

but we passed by that road nung pumunta kami town and country...di ba delikado mag drag race dun? medyo bumpy/sira kasi yung road (at first i thought dahil yun sa pick-up na gamit nung friend ko, but nung pumunta kami sa silay civic na gamit namin and bumpy pa rin ..tska marami crack )

tsaka madilim, even the stretch of road dyan sa may "chicken house north" and sa may breizh parang mahina ata ang streetlight? sana ayusin ng bacolod yun problem na yun sa roads kasi napansin ko talaga mas madilim ang mga major roads ng bacolod (like lacson, burgos and yung sa may san agustin college) parang kulang sa ilaw and kulang ng mga road markings tsaka wala yung reflector na bakal na nilalagay sa gitna ng roads

anyway, heres an aerial shot that i took on my way to iloilo..

meron nga pero mahina..thats my point, if you try visiting other cities mapapansin mo for sure na mahina ang ilaw sa lacson;) kahit nga yung road papunta sa townhouse ng friend ko sa may kamingawan halos walang ilaw nakakatakot bumiyahe

look, im not bashing for bashing's sake, pino point out ko lang ang napansin ko na mahina ang mga streetlight sa bacolod..nung kumain kami sa chicken house north tapos pumunta ako dun sa mga nagbebenta ng streetfood sa kabilang side para bumili ng yosi, natakot ako nung tumawid ako kasi nga madilim at baka di ako makita ng mga driver dahil madilim (or at least insufficient ang ilaw) nung first night ko akala ko tuloy brown out  maski yung reflector sa daan parang wala akong napansin, or yung paint sa roadside man lang na reflectorized sana

the thing with some people naman kasi is masyadong naka confine sa "mundo" nila na di open sa mga observation ng iba, look i enjoyed my stay sa bacolod, i liked the food and i was amazed sa sights sa silay and overall, the architecture nung mga small buildings is nice (liek gerry's grill, mushu etc..)i find the bacolod's small size ok din kasi lmga 15 minutes lang na nasa rural area ka na

‘Negros on Time' pushed
at Bacolod bus terminals

Two mega clocks were installed recently at the North and South terminals of Ceres Liner buses operated by Vallacar Transit Inc., a Capitol press release said.

An agreement was signed recently at the Provincial Capitol for the putting up of reference clocks in 11 Ceres bus terminals in Negros Island in line with the “Negros Occidental on Time” advocacy of the province under Gov. Joseph Marañon.

The MOA was signed by Ricardo Diago, regional manager of Cebuana Lhuillier Pawnshop, Rainier Perales, branch manager Vallacar Transit, Levi Flores, project officer of Colorcom Enterprises, and witnessed by Provincial Administrator Enrique Pinongan and Provincial Information Officer and advocacy campaign proponent, Marlin Sanogal, the press release said.

The clocks display the standard Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, Astronomical and Scientific Administration time sourced from the radium atomic clock as reference.

Same time is displayed in accordance with the provincial synchronized time advocacy launched by Marañon along with the provincial, city and municipal officials, representatives of the church, national government agencies and private sector, in 2003, the press release said.*

I'm just shocked on how you treat other forumers from other places. Daw may pagkapersonal ang mga posts bala (which is a big no-no in SSC). Its just his observation and please do respect him. He never meant to degrade your city, it is upon his observation. Avoid immature replies so that it will not lead to another CvC.

By these criticisms, there is a point for improvement in order to make a better Bacolod. Better than today, better than you see it now. If it is good today, it will be better. You'll be thankful that there are critics who are not into degrading your city, but showing concern as well. We cannot simply ignore the fact that all cities in the world are imperfect just as like their creators are (us human beings).

Constructive criticisms as what they say are one of the things in city planning that simply cannot be ignored.

Thank you. ;)

Fanciful lights are now displayed in various establishments and houses in the City of Smiles . One can now feel the spirit of Christmas, especially at Lacson Street , and in the malls that, aside from their colorful facades, are also offering their products at low prices. Kudos to SM X'mas corner for the display of their Christmas tree.

The Bacolod Silay does have some problems and Waway is right about potentially dangerous sections. Myself, I love to speed up but I always slow down on approach to the bridge near Ayala as it is on a slight curve and has a depression big enough to throw a fast moving vehicle off its track.

Regarding the lights, I think it is the presence of a lot of trees that causes the reduction of light from the highway lamps.

Overall, I think this highway is still the best in the region and is not riddled with potholes like in most other cities in the Visayas. When I took a roadtrip, I had a lot of difficulty on the highway going to the big city in a neighboring island. The car's bottom scraped the road several times between the RoRo port and the big city. On the suburban area of this big city, I had to swerve hard several times to avoid huge potholes.

The point is, Waway was right about some problems with the Bacolod-Silay Highway and we thank him for pointing it out. However, to say it like it was the worst in the Philippines is definitely untrue.

Bacolod is not a regional capital and receives less monies from the government because of that. To say our city is small and has bad roads and inadequate infrastructure is not polite since it is akin to being compared to the major cities which are all regional centers/capitals.

Bacolod city is just a Provincial Capital and is only in the same category as Roxas City, Dumaguete City, Tagbilaran City, Butuan City. It should not be compared with the likes of Davao City, Iloilo City, and Cebu City.

Film showing at Negros Museum

NEGROS Occidental has a rich history, dating back before the Spanish revolution. This was culminated in the capitulation of the Spanish forces in Negros on November 5, 1898.

On December 1 at 6:00 p.m., the Negros Museum will host the launching of a new film on Negros Occidental. The film, produced by Andrea-Stuart Television Productions of Iloilo, will show many of the beautiful and exciting places in the province and its history.

The film includes the highlights of that event, including how the Negrenses tricked the Spaniards, as well as the development of the province since those days.

The film includes underwater sequences as much of the beauty of Negros Occidental is hidden from non-SCUBA divers. Beautiful mountains, waterfalls, beaches, and coral reefs, which have been refined into charming resorts, are also covered.

Most towns and cities have colorful and lively annual festivals, which are worth visiting, and many of these are depicted in the film. These, along with first-class hotels and spas are major attractions for tourists.

Andrea-Stuart Television Productions has won five International Communicator Awards and the Department of Tourism Directors Award. They have been based in Iloilo for the last nine years, and during that time have produced no less than 43 one-hour documentaries on the Philippines.

The film has been several months in the making, and its launching will be an exciting event. Copies of the film will be on sale at the launching.

Come and let your senses be enlarged and excited, and learn some things you probably didn't know about the great province of Negros Occidental!

Precisely Bo B... bacolod is just a provincial Capital but being compared to Big Cities and thats what makes me proud as a Bacoleño.

All cities has its own imperfections, we have to deal with that. Ours maybe the poor lightings on the street or even worst than that...but we also have great things to credits too.

To waway, thank you for sharing your insights and your observation here in our thread. I was just hoping that you could have at least shared the good side and the bad side, we will be glad to accept it.. after all, thats what real travellers do. Not unless if everything you see in Bacolod is bad. Sorry if you were treated badly here. Its not our way of welcoming visitors in our city. Emotions are in its maximum state thats why it happened. I just hope everything will be ok na. I call the attention of my fellow Bacolod SSC forumers to forget about what happened and move on with the discussions. Its the season of giving and sharing so lets be nice and forgiving.

So guys, lets move on... peace everyone
