Its located near the construction site of the Gochangko's..B.S. Aquino drive man...
For me it's really nice if someone is brave enough to build a business entertainment and leisure complex, where almost everything can be found...for example a mall with a hotel or condo with a resort and a bar and restaurant with entertainment areas and the like...grabe na gd n yah!hehehehe...but It will surely be a one of a kind here in the visayas...maybe i'm just too ambitous!hehehehe:nuts:

My amigo Amity fire brigade is now an academy? Amity public safety academy... maybe soon they will put up fire rescue and paramedic school......
Yes the Amity Public Safety Academy started sometime in 1998 (i'm not that sure because it was not that formally established when I was still there working as typhoon plotter/tracker at AVFB Weather Section) in cooperation with the Provincial Disaster management Team (PDCC at that time). It was the reason why Negros Occ was awarded a Gawad Kalasag Award by DILG for 2 consecutive years (Neg Occ.Prov, Bago City and Bacolod City):cheers::cheers::banana: its now the premiere paramedic/rescue/disaster school of WV ^^

that's the apprehension of some "outsiders" to put up shop in bacolod because of the so-called "regional" mentality. we tend to patronize homegrown bars and restos more than the outsiders. that's why bob's, bar 21, pendy's and a lot more have become formidable over the years because of this mentality which to me is good anyway.:)

To succeed in Bacolod, a restaurateur must have lots of friends, a niche, great food, and must be home grown. Restaurants that originated from Manila have always failed in Bacolod. It would have been better if the Gerry's Grille investor brought in TGI Friday's, Applebee's, Chilli's, or Benigan's. Bacoleno's tend to support local businesses and anything American. Anything Tagalog is frowned upon in Bacolod. I guess that is why Bigby's did well, while Gerry's Grille failed.

and because local restos are offering the same array of food at a very reasonable price. Bigby's did well because they are located in malls and you pay less yet you eat much. :)

Hmmm, if this would be the trend, that's why Japanese restos click in Bacolod because of a substantial Japanese community here and a strong connection between Japan and Bacolod since then. But the Indian-South Asian-Middle Eastern community in Bacolod is also quite big, so why can't I see those Indian-Punjab-Persian eateries appearing? He hehehe. Villamonte houses a big concentration of these guys. A Halal resto and fastfood cum "turo-turo" exists along Gonzaga Street within that complex of cellphone and DVD tiangges. I hope they would try to expose and present it to the public. Remember :banana:that Bacolod is the Visayan city with a big Islamic population with Barangay 35 as the Islamic Community Center of the city.

New Access Road to New Government Center Completed
A new access road going to the New Government Center has been completed. It traverses Doña Juliana Subdivision and connects Las Palmas Subdivision to the Circumferential Road.
It is part of the Leonardia Administration’s blueprint for this term which is to build road linkages, bridges and Road Networks.
Said road is now finished and will be inaugurated/opened to the public on June 19, 2008. This project with a construction cost of One Million Two Hundred Thousand (P1,200,000.00) Pesos will shorten the traveling distance to and from barangays Villamonte, Vista Alegre, Mansilingan, Alijis and portion of Taculing. It will improve the accessibility of the New Government Center to the public.
Motorists can now choose this convenient route to avoid traffic congestion along the City High-Mansilingan Road and Burgos Street.
This is in line with our thrust of moving the City of Bacolod fast forward, said Mayor Evelio Leonardia

Japanese Garden Planned in Taculing
The Japanese Peace Shrine at the Rosario Heights Subdivision, Taculing, Bacolod City has recently been visited by a group of Japanese from Tokyo and neighboring cities.
The shrine, where prayers are said to commemorate the Japanese soldiers who died in Negros during the II world war, has been a spot that has attracted visitors from Japan, many of whom are relatives of the Japanese military who died here.
Some of the activities by Japanese groups are tree-planting and teaching of the Japanese language.
They have also extended scholarships to Filipinos whose fathers were Japanese.
The last group that visited about a month ago, planted tree seedlings in the open space of the subdivision.
Meanwhile, residents of the Rosario Heights Subdivision thru their officials, Jose Cusay, president and Vic J. Bais Jr. have petitioned the city government to help establish an authentic Japanese garden adjacent to the Shrine.
This project is supported by the Negros Shrine Keeping Association headed by Joshio Hibi of Japan.*

If they will construct this beside san parq1 there is no room for the 12 story condo..its just a choice between the condo and this building..t anu pilion nu?:)
i can't visualize the area but i know where it is. the area at the back remains vacant, am i right? if so, could it be that the expansion is towards that area?
it is not certain yet kung ano gid ang e build nila...but according to Bo B, the owner of Sanparq told him that he will build a tall building beside it. Kalapad sang lugar sang sanparq...anything can happen...basi unahon anay ang starbucks before that 12 storey building kay as of now daw kadamo na gid condos. :) siguro kung condo office building pwede pa :)
as i said before,,,perhaps they are planning to make that area into a Sanparq Business Complex...there is a big vacant lot at the back for the continued expansions for a mix-used and complete facilities,,,starbucks and the two sanparq artcade is a hint for a bigger expansions and perhaps later on is the hotel

EDC's geothermal expansion project okayed
By Erwin Ambo S. Delilan
ENERGY Development Corporation (EDC) may soon implement its expansion project for a 30-megawatt geothermal exploration at the controversial Mt. Kanlaon's buffer zone.
The members of Provincial Board (PB) have unanimously approved Wednesday a resolution granting their appeal for consideration on seven "undoable" conditions they earlier set when it approved EDC entry to the buffer zone in its May 21 session.
Provincial Board Member Mae Javellana (4th District), chair of the board's committee on environment, authored the said resolution with certain modifications, however.
Vice Governor Emilio Yulo III said: "It's over! After (this) session, we will draft all these modifications and put them together into another memorandum of agreement (MOA), and by next week, we will approve another resolution authorizing Governor Isidro Zayco to sign a MOA on behalf of the provincial government with the EDC officials."
Zayco last Monday gave the PB two weeks to conclude the EDC issue.
Prior to Wednesday's regular session, Zayco said the PB members held an en banc session and tackled EDC's appeal.
Technical representatives of EDC were also invited to explain vis-à-vis all the unclear technical matters to the PB.
Before the adjournment in the en banc session, a source told Sun.Star Bacolod that both PB and EDC have arrived to a win-win solution.
Wednesday, each of the proponent of seven alleged undoable conditions were given a chance to defend their position and proposed modification(s).
Here are the following appeals with their respective modification:
* For a change of project title from geothermal exploration to development, none from the board members has objected.
* On selling cost of geothermal power, Board Member Nehemias de la Cruz (1st District) proposed that EDC should sell its power in a lower rate compared to independent power producers (IPPs) and let the three electric cooperatives in Negros Occidental -- the Central Negros Electric Cooperative (Ceneco), Negros Occidental Electric Cooperative (Noceco), and Victorias-Manapla Rural Electric Service Cooperative (Vresco) -- be the top priorities in power distribution.
* No cutting of trees beyond 100 centimeters, Board Member Edgardo Acuña (2nd District) has gave nod to EDC's promise to only cut about 34 trees measuring 100 centimeters and above with condition to exert all efforts aimed at minimizing the number of big trees to be cut during civil works and road making within the 12.52 hectares land area at the buffer zone.
* Condition that during tree cutting, members of the Oversight Committee (OC) shall be there 12 to 16 hours everyday, Board Member Frederick Kho (3rd District) conceded to the latest proposal that EDC should send notice to the OC and in case members won't appear on the site, it's tantamount of wavering their rights to this particular condition.
* On composition of OC, Kho said that they're now passing on the responsibility to Governor Zayco to choose whom he want to compose the OC.
* The issue of Global Positioning System (GPS) and satellite imagery to be installed at the buffer zone, Board Member Melvin Ibañez (5th District) agreed to the suggestion that instead of these hi-tech gadget, EDC shall only submit to the PB an aerial photo of the buffer zone at the start of exploration, a year after and during completion, and then a bi-annual update.
* Condition of 100 trees to every one tree cut, Board Member Reynaldo Gustilo (1st District) agreed to EDC's proposal to only one is to 36 ratio, provided, however, that EDC should reforest about 400 hectares instead of only 125 hectares of Mt. Kanlaon Natural Park in five to 10 years.
But in an earlier interview, Gustilo clarified that no one has influenced his stance on this one is to 100 trees ratio, rather he said: "My experience as former councilor of San Carlos who has been involved in tree planting made me to proposed this ratio."
Gustilo added that he's not punishing EDC for this particular proposal, instead he just want the company to reforest not only Mt. Kanlaon but also the entire North Negros Forest Reserve that covers areas in San Carlos City, Sagay City, Calatrava, Cadiz City, Toboso, Don Salvador Benedicto, Silay City, Victorias City, EB Magalona, and Talisay City.
"Whatever the cost of reforestation that EDC will be burdened later, they can still pass on it the power consumers later. Because the 125 hectares refo project won't be enough to replace the 12.5 hectares of natural forest to be utilized for EDC's geothermal exploration," he said.
Last objection
But prior to Wednesday's approval of the EDC appeal, the Catholic Lay Forum (CLF), a group of lay people at the Diocese of Bacolod, also handed their position paper to Zayco and PB members, stating their vehement opposition to EDC entry to the buffer zone.
The group said they're not against development but questions any form of development that only serves the whims and caprices of a private entity like EDC.
It added: "EDC entry to the buffer zone will surely bring hazardous and ill effects to the fragile bio-diversity of Mt. Kanlaon Natural Park, and to further put our watershed area into grave danger."
Then, CLF proposes among other alternatives to be undertaken to address projected power crisis in Negros.
One of these alternatives it cited is the wind power in Negros that could generate about 1,939 megawatts.
Meanwhile, leading the signatories in the CLF position paper is still Fr. Anecito Buenafe, head of the Diocese of Bacolod Social Action Center.

QUEZON'S PREDICTION
Leonardia quoted Quezon as saying “I have been watching the growth of Bacolod and the tremendous progress it has achieved. I believe the change is just and deserved.”
Quezon also said “I feel certain Bacolod will be one of the most prosperous and progressive cities of the Commonwealth…I am sure that this prediction will come true…” Meanwhile, Leonardia said the late president Quezon would have been very, very proud to know that, after all these, years, Bacolod comes ahead of all the cities of the Philippines and is now named the country's number one “best place to live in”.
“We have also proven ourselves as the most business-friendly city in the country, with business and investors making the city their home, too,” he said.
Leonardia said they will not rest on their laurels and the many accomplishments that have been put in place. This administration is anchored on a vision of continuous growth and a mission of strengthening the basics and groundwork for development, he said. And, like elsewhere in the country, it is beset by challenges, he added.
“I reiterate my commitment to public service and to servant leadership based on compassion, fairness and firm resolve, “Leonardia said. He also called on the people's understanding of the perils of leadership and the pitfalls of politics, and for cooperation and support for the various development programs that have been presented for implementation.
Leonardia said “In the end, it is our partnership, our synergy made strong by our common love for our city, that will keep us moving forward to greater glory.”
Historian Modesto Sa-onoy said it took 70 years to celebrate the city's charter day on June 18 and he hopes it will be commemorated on the same day. He asked the SP to declare Hernaez the father of Bacolod City .
Also present were Agnes Hernaez Magsaysay-Villar and other members of the Hernaez family.*CGS

those two lots at the back towards the sea is a good choice. It might truly stand to its name as SM City because of streets and bridges that separate and connect the mall buildings respectively. New access road opened
BY CHRYSEE SAMILLANO
The new access road connecting Las Palmas Subdivision and Circumferential Road in Bacolod City was formally opened to the public yesterday by city officials led by Mayor Evelio Leonardia and Vice Mayor Jude Thaddeus Sayson, with Fr. Narciso de la Cruz officiating at the blessing.
The project with a construction cost of P1.2 million will shorten the traveling distance to and from barangays located at the eastern part of the city, particularly Villamonte, Vista Alegre, Mansilingan, Alijis and part of Taculing.
Leonardia said that the completion of the project will benefit the general public as they will have a direct and shorter access to the new government center. “In the light of the fuel crisis I believe this is very significant,” he said.
Motorist can now choose this more convenient route to avoid traffic congestion along the City High-Mansilingan road and Burgos Street, he added.
Leonardia said that in his State of the City Address, among the plans that the city revealed for the growth and development of Bacolod was to interlink major areas and make as accessible as possible and enhance mobility in the city.
He said this is one of the major projects the present administration has undertaken. He also disclosed that the idea of this new road had come up during his first term as mayor in 1995 to 1998.
Leonardia said the new access road will also bring to the attention of the public the construction of the Gonzaga bridge that was also done during his first term.
“I hope the people will see the future effects of these projects we are undertaking and appreciate how it will affect their future,” he said.
Leonardia said he has also signed the program of work for the construction of a bridge that will connect barangays Taculing and Alijis, passing through the Bacolod Girl’s Home. He said he did this so the expropriation process for the property could begin. This project had also been his idea way back in 1995, he added.
“I am glad that the government center, the slaughterhouse, these new roads and bridges, which had been my plans 10 years ago, have now been realized,” Leonardia said.
He said the opening of another road that will connect ERORECO to the circumferential road is being studied now.*CGS

IN LA CARLOTA, INDIAN FIRM WINS CONTRACT
BY CARLA GOMEZ
;
A P1.4-billion ethanol plant in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, is targeted for completion by the end of next year or early 2010 with an initial expected output of 30 million liters of hydrous ethanol annually, Pedro Roxas, executive chairman of the Central Azucarera de Don Pedro Group, said yesterday.
Roxol Bionergy Corp., a subsidiary of the CADP Group, is the biofuels company building the plant next to the Central Azucarera de La Carlota mill.
“We are very excited and optimistic about this project, which in its next stage of expansion, aims to produce 60 million liters of ethanol from black slop molasses annually,” Roxas told the DAILY STAR.
Based on prevailing prices of molasses, the estimated cost of ethanol will be P28 to P30 a liter, but as the prices of fossil fuel continue to rise, the price of ethanol is also expected to follow.
“We believe it's a good strategic project because ethanol will be a value-added product from our molasses,” he said.
“Ethanol is an efficient, renewable, environment-friendly fuel,” he also pointed out.
The building of the ethanol plant has been awarded to KBK Engineering, an Indian firm, and the formal signing of the contract will be on June 27, Roxas said.
Initially about 70 to 80 percent of the molasses needed for the ethanol production will come from Central Azucarera de La Carlota, Hawaiian-Philippines Company in Silay City, and Central Azucarera de Don Pedro in Batangas, while the difference will be outsourced from planters and other mills, Roxas said.
The plant is targeted to produce 100,000 liters of hydrous ethanol extracted from molasses daily when it begins operations, Roxas said.
The plant is designed for flexibility so it will be able to produce ethanol from molasses and cane juices as well, Roxas said.
But he assured that should the firm resort to also using cane juices for ethanol production, this will not encroach into the table sugar needs of the country.
If we use cane juices to produce ethanol to add to the molasses in the future, it will come from sugar intended for the world market, so as not to upset domestic supply, he said.
It will allow planters to earn more for sugar allocated for the world market, Roxas added.
The new plant is expected to directly employ 50 to 60 personnel, he said.
The La Carlota plant is expected to be the third to begin producing ethanol in the country, Roxas said.
There is small distillery in Leyte producing 30,000 to 40,000 liters of ethanol a day, and the San Carlos ethanol plant is expected to be operational by the end of this year, Roxas added.
San Carlos Bioenergy Inc. is an integrated ethanol distillery and power cogeneration plant that is targeted to produce 125,000 liters of ethanol per day and approximately 8MW of power.
The San Carlos plant will begin ethanol production by November but actual commercial operations will start in January 2009.*CPG

Bing leaves for US for Pacquiao fight
Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia has designated Vice Mayor Jude Thaddeus Sayson as acting mayor effective yesterday, until his return to the country.
The mayor left for the United States yesterday on the invitation of boxer Manny Pacquiao for his fight with David Diaz, dubbed “Lethal Combination”, in Las Vegas on June 28, a City Hall press release said.
The mayor will also be visiting the Federation of Filipino American Associations Inc., on the invitation of its president Leo Pandac, to discuss plans for Bacolod 's participation in the 23 rd Philippine American Exposition at the Los Angeles Convention Center in September.
Leonardia is also going to Sacramento on invitation of Bill Ludwig, chief executive officer of the U.S. Science and Technology, to learn about efforts to build a plasma gasification plant to vaporize city trash, the press release said.
The technology reduces trash to non-toxic slag, the press release said.
Like his previous trips abroad, this one is also at no cost to the city, the mayor said.*

CDM seminars set in Bacolod
A workshop to identify companies and government agencies with potential of reducing greenhouse gas emissions from their operations and generating carbon credits is set in Bacolod City, July 14 and 15, Councilor Jocelle Batapa-Sigue, one of the Earth Day 2008 convenors, said in a press release.
The two-day seminar is aimed at training participants about the Clean Development Mechanism provided in the Kyoto Protocol. The project will also provide free technical assistance to project proponents intending to develop CDM projects.
The Klima Climate Change Center of the Manila Observatory, which will conduct the seminar, is committed to share in the global effort of protecting the global climate. It is currently implementing the capacity-building project on CDM as sponsored by the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies of Japan, the press release said.
On the first day, participants will come from a cross-section of society to learn more about climate change.
Klima says the business community is starting to be concerned with carbon footprints and how to implement measures that will reduce greenhouse gas emissions, the press release said.
The workshop will provide an understanding of the CDM and the Kyoto Protocol, identify project proponents intending to develop potential CDM projects in Bacolod and Negros Occidental, provide technical assistance in estimating potential GHG emissions reduction and provide an overview of CDM documentation and methodologies.
Interested parties may call tel. no. 433-9011 local 220, the press release added.*

Good thing that Bacolod was a bit spared from the typhoon's fury. Developments are still in full swing. The 12 storey Sanparq office condo will definitely serve as the benchmark for up and coming landmark structures in the city and the province.

Hope to come back soon.
And the chicken inasal? Definitely one of the best-tasting in the country! I ate about 6 pieces of legs in one sitting.

ExcelAsia adds training sites for BPO clients
By Zinnia B. Dela Peña
Tuesday, June 24, 2008
ExcelAsia, a local company that conducts and develops training programs focused on the call center and business process outsourcing (BPO) industries, is undertaking a massive expansion program throughout the country to capitalize on the rapid growth of the BPO business.
Rita Trillo-Ugarte, president of ExcelAsia, said the company is eyeing three new sites for expansion — Alabang, Baguio and Bacolod.
“For our expansion plans this year, we have earmarked Alabang — this time for a fully featured facility — Baguio and Bacolod, as strategic sites for our new offices. This initiative demonstrates our commitment to support the growth of our clients’ businesses, regardless of their location,” she said.
She pointed out that the move to establish physical presence in multiple locations nationwide is a natural next step given the BPO industry’s rapid development. “Our BPO clients are constantly looking for expansion opportunities in emerging BPO hubs all over the country. Most of them are already operating outside Metro Manila in Luzon, the Visayas and Mindanao.”
“We want to support their human resource recruitment and management programs by being in these places, and getting first-hand information on the manpower supply in each of them,” Ugarte added.
ExcelAsia provides end-to-end human resource services, including sourcing, recruitment and training, to over 30 multinational companies in the Philippines. It also provides executive search and business consultancy services to its clients.
“ExcelAsia will offer the same premier suite of services that we are delivering from our existing offices, including placement of qualified applicants and training of near-hires under President Arroyo’s Training for Work Scholarship Program,’” Ugarte said.

Lopue’s chosen operator
of 888 mall supermarket
The management of 888 China Town Square has chosen Lopue’s San Sebastian Corp. as its concessionaire for the operation of the mall’s supermarket.
888 China Town Square president William Ong and Lopue’s San Sebastian president Leonito Lopue have signed a contract to formalize the arrangement.
The mall said the coming-in of Lopue’s Value Store as grocery provider is a move that will complete the commodities being sold at the 888 China Town Square.
Lopue’s Value Store will sell groceries at wholesale prices, it said.
Called the “Divisoria of Bacolod,” 888 China Town Square opened last February as a shopping center in the fashion of Manila 168 and Divisoria “set up into a mall with premium amenities.”
It has more than 300 tiangge stalls selling, among others, garments, bags, shoes, accessories, jewelries, and cellular phones.
Other amenities are food court and food stalls, playground for kids, and producers’ wet market.
The 888 China Town Square is occupying a 1.2-hectare property which Bacolod Capitol Hill, owned by Ong and several other local Filipino-Chinese businessmen.
The property is leased for P200,000 from the Negros Occidental provincial government, under a 35-year contract.*

‘Next Wave Cities’ host new call centers
Twenty five members of the Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP) have already set foot in 16 so-called "Next Wave Cities" in the country, topped by Convergys and TeleTech with its seven sites outside the primary hubs of the Makati and Ortigas central business districts.
CCAP tallied the locations of all its member companies, showing the evident shift away from Metro Manila to outlying cities and provinces. Out of the 96 locations, 43 or around 45 percent are located outside Makati, Pasig, and Mandaluyong.
Among these emerging cities, the top three cities with the most number of CCAP call center locators are Quezon City, with 14 sites; Cebu City, with eight sites; and Bacolod City, with three sites. Those with two CCAP member locators are Muntinlupa, Manila, Baguio, Laguna, and Batangas. Taguig, Pasay, Parañaque, Marikina, Rizal, Cavite, Angeles, and Dumaguete have one each.
Among its 37 members, TeleTech has the most presence with all of its eight sites located outside the Makati and Ortigas CBDs. It is followed by eTelecare with four and Convergys with three.
"This only shows the unrelenting growth of the call center industry. We are proud of the fact that the phenomenon is not isolated in Metro Manila. More and more Filipinos are benefiting from the investment and employment opportunities provided by outsource and in-house contact centers nationwide," says Jojo Uligan, executive director of CCAP

^^
this building in Riverside is under-renovation. i saw something under-construction on the rooftop of this building, i think they are going to add another floor. That means this will become a 6-storey building!
have you seen the BDO Bacolod main branch (near Triangle Island mall)?
^^
they are renovating their building and it looks modern! it looks like an I.T. building! cool!
they will transfer the pharmacy at the ground floor of their Medical Arts Building. Tapos Bank na da ang mabulos sa Blue Building nila.

It's good as well if they put up an artistic structure or monument like the glass pyramid in front of the Louvre in France or something better. :)

hahahaa!!!! the davinci code...nah!!! i think thats too much for a government structure to have that. :) Probably a small museum where you can find answers as to how Bacolod evolved into a Giant City will do. :)

Weee! Very very nice ang Bacolod GC.
Yep, I agree, after the dust is cleared, they should consider "greening" the place up.
Hats off to the Leonardia administration!

its confirmed nag lakat na sila kagabi. pero indi sila mag compete. (which has already been my long time dream to see them head to head with lumad basakanon)
they wont use live music which is a requirement sa competition. they will use the official music. and i will be going to tacloban this saturday to cover the event.

Milo Marathon Bacolod leg entries reach over 3,000
OVER 3,500 running enthusiasts of various ages have already signed up for this Sunday's 32nd National Milo Marathon provincial eliminations, including 11 Iloilo track oval runners, said Efren Timtiman, the race coordinator.
The said figure does not includethe 355 runners from the Philippine National Police (PNP) Basic Recruitment Course Class 2008-01A-F (Matalas) of the PNP Regional Training School in Bakyas, Barangay Mansilingan, Bacolod City, who have signified their participation in Sunday's 21K division of the Bacolod City elimination leg.
But the count was only as of deadline, Wednesday afternoon, since registration was still ongoing at the University of St. La Salle varsity sports office. "We will only stop accepting registrants when we run out of numbers to give," Timtiman said.
Meanwhile, former National Milo Marathon champion Rodolfo Rizalde, who trains the Himamaylan City team, said he does not want to think that his wards are the top seeds in the men's 21K run this Sunday.
"We have strong runners, yes, but I don't think we are the top seeds, strictly speaking, since there will always be other talents who will come out as surprise entries, especially those from the other provinces whom we are not familiar with," Rizalde told Sun.Star Bacolod Wednesday.
But the former Paglaum stable mainstay said the Himamaylan runners will be trying their best to perform well.
"Our kids (ang mga kabataan namon) have been training hard for this and they have the right attitude and support from the local government headed by Mayor Carminia Bascon, so I think we're quite lucky compared to other runners representing other LGUs," Rizalde said.
Eric Panique, Himamaylan City's top runner in the absence of 2006 national titlist Julius Sermona, looms as a favorite to figure well in Sunday's 21K race having finished fourth overall in the 42K national finals in Manila last year. (

^^ Maybe the right peeps to verify our speculations will be the contractor or manager of the construction company who bagged the contract to build this structure. Or if may connection pa gid, mas reliable siguro ang owner itself ang pamangkuton.:)

yep yep yep!!!! you are right...not just people who works at convergys kay sila ya sometimes pataka lang na ila...kay the last time i went there...they only said 12 storeys...i talked to kuntel employee...probably one of the engineers siguro kay he came from their barracks before kami nag talk :)
but i remember BoB telling me before that the owner...is also like us who wants the best for Bacolod and wants to set up a trend in building a highrise structure in the city and wants to set the record for building the tallest building in the region :) but i dont take this seriously...for me, i still want to see the rndering or a press release coming from the right source
