No thanks. To make it worse, this building was only completed in 1988 when it has a design (apart from the darker glass) that looks like it could come from the 70's or earlier.

And the holes in the facade are just that - they're random and have no pattern to it.

Sniper, it's currently Sydney's largest office tower in terms of lettable space. It's 50m shorter than Sydney's tallest tower however it's a bit fat mofo ( ala NYC's Pan Am building ).

I give it 7/10. I like the light silver shimmer of the tower and the random cut outs in the facade, which is a much preferred look to a standard glass box which could well have gone there.

Shimmers well considering the lack of glass, has a very strong presence when in that end of George St. One of Seidler's best works

Another Sydney favourite. Sophisticated and smooth. The random 'holes' are like potmarks on a beautiful face, but belong there somehow. Best of the 80's.

I like the curve and the plaza and the lobby

I think though that the holes in the facade are a bit random but they break it up pretty well..

It is the tallest Office Building I have been to and my Aunt works in there.

I like the curves of the building but it isn't very glassy.

So 7.5/10

With 90,000 sqm net office space, 2,000 sqm per floor of column free office space over its 45-levels above ground.
All of which makes it the largest floor space tower in Sydney. Concrete core, steel & concrete floors & granite facades.
