my mother's family were originally from there :D
and its the home of Hatim Alta'ee حاتم الطائي ( the symbol of generosity in Arabic literature)

Such very spectacular views of Saudi unknown to almost anybody , really speechless at those beach pics.

I went to the Saudi side during my visit to Sharm El Sheik. It was incredible... Just untouched beaty. Too bad they dont promote tourism in that area!

in our local dialect we tend to say qala't wadreen instead of "far", b/c it is so far :D
it was a station on old Hijaz railway (built by Ottomans)
