Like everyone else, the curve is nice... but the rest is ugly and bland, 4/10.

7/10 Nice building, but it needs a better facade :)

I like the bulk and I think this building makes for great filler. It looks like an old mid-80s boxy PC though and we know none of those would win any design awards.
