just had to add these - one reason I love thailand is the complete lack of safety culture that has led Britain to the point where bunting can't be put up at village fairs incase they 'fall and injure someone'. Pictures show high power electricity wires - some - as shown on this foot bridge only cm's from your head - i just wanted to grab the whole lot with wet hands - would have that been so wrong?

Impressive skyline but most skyscrapers there are quite ugly.

THis happens everywhere in the developing world, not just in Thailand.

I love BKK, the city is lively and bustling and like most Asian cities there's almost no urban planning so you can see different architecture old and new co-exists.
