We know about all the blown-out windows (Chase tower got MESSED UP; don't have the pics with me now)... but since the hurricane, it looks like downtown's night skyline has a much less noticeable impression. I was just wondering why. The top of the Continental building is not lit up in blue light anymore - after the hurricane, one of the lights looked it was blown out too. They seemed to have fixed it, but it's all white light now. No idea if they intend to keep it that way. Also, the crown of the Wells Fargo tower doesn't light up anymore either. Chase tower hasn't been lit up for a long time even before the hurricane.

Completely useless topic... but downtown used to look much cooler at night. Had nothing on Dallas, though. (daytime is a different story IMO)

Houston has never really had an impressive downtown lighting scheme...

Really? Nearly every building is always lit-up.

That's an awesome pic of downtown Houston. Will be there in one week.
