If we had heaps of these boring boxes (like toronto) then i would give it a lower score, but having this beauty where it is and in the context of Sydney, it gets a 9/10. Wouldnt want to see it go anywhere!

As SydneyDude already pointed out, every city needs something like this. Has a great New York feel to it and although hails from the 60's it has a sense of business and purpose to it. I still don't find it that attractive though.
