this is the first announced development along the "steppes" area. The steppes is the massive public open space area that runs thru the middle of the upper section of the Ridgeside area...i'll try find a lcation map for this one

this area looks very foreign to me. something i'd imagine in a california/sydney type setting, but fully works for me

^^ not sure hey, could not make it. Dad went and said it looked impressive and he is taking a good 15,000m2 in it

Construction progress?

none, it cant start until all the bulk infrastructure for the area is completed as it is deep in the middle of the site. roads and services are advancing well though and i am sure it will start by year end or early 2010

As long as something is happening and I'm glad that they busy with the infrastructure.
