View Full Version : #Newton Park Swimming Pool upgrade - Port Elizabeth
lukus November 15th, 2008, 07:25 AM Upgrading of the Newton Park pool in PE is underway. It's the only true Olympic pool in PE and will be getting a roof and translucent facade. The upgrade is mainly focussed on 2010 - for use by players and tourists.
Pictures of progress a week ago and renders of the final product.

Mo, isn't the pool at Strand Pavilion sort of indoors and Olympic size? Or am I very ignorant about this? Sorry for talking Cape Town matters in PE thread, but I was just wondering....
