But one thing i can say is that KL has among the fastest construction progresses in the world... Less than 1/2-yrs ago, Parkview was still that little low-rise building with round windows... Today, its already as tall as TA One... By end of this year, i can see that building getting topped-out...

Anyway Luna Bar opened its doors to the public in mid-Dec 2004. It is a fav yuppie joint but the cover charge a bit pricey lah.......but for skyscraper lovers.....I am sure the view is worth every single cent. It is located at the top floor (35th floor) of the Pan Regency Hotel which is located at Menara Pan Global. ;)
