Yeah, agree. It looks taller than it actually is, but then again it also looks short coz it is in a cluster of tall skycrapers. Don't know if you guys know what i mean. You will have to see it for yourself. My veiw from my condo in Makati is this scraper and the skyline around it...:D

Hopefully Lopez Center gets built and shatters PBcom's status as tallest in the country. Lopez is 1000ft++ or 300m++ and it is also 55 storeys...:D:cool:

When I first saw this building in person, I didn't know that it is the Philippines' tallest building, 'coz it's adjacent building looks taller than this building, I thought that LKG and GT Tower was taller, until i find its stats at skyscrapers.com. and they also put a streamer on the glass of the building saying "Towering above the rest The Philippines Tallest Building".

I can understand how it can be confusing if you stand beside PBCom Tower in Ayala Avenue and not notice it being the tallest building in the country. Office towers in that area tend to cluster close to each other. But if you see shots of the whole Makati Central Business District skyline from afar, its quite noticeable :cool:

It looks good on the curved side but is let down by the other side. Rather drab. Philippine's tallest could do better!

7.5/10 - It has fairly good height, there is an interesting contrast between the sections of the facade, and the glass curtain walls dance with the light.
But the stone sections of the facade need more work, and, while I give them credit for going beyond the flat roof, the roof is still a hodge-podge; that small sqare spire, for instance, would probably look better at the center of the roof, instead of teetering on one edge.

what could have been a sleek office tower was ruined when they exposed that concrete ribbon up one side of this building...it looks more like a hotel building but the glass facade is nice & it's got height...7.5/10.

This tower has a nice facade.Only i like the front better then the back cause that is flat...The front is a bit bold.

Those are nice... even though they are simple and boring, they're actually made with a modern look, unlike some of those old TALL buildings in NYC.

Although in 10-15 years these buildings will probably look scraggy.

But for now, 7.5

A dead-serious building, good to see its entry at streetlevel is a bit more informal.

Looks okay nothing special in it. Nice colour.

i like the height, the plans are alsmost the same for most of the floor plans, very repetitive. but i like the color of the building - i like metro pacific towers better in fort bonifacio.

Frontage is nice, the back looks less nice. Overall, I like it! 8/10

Slim, shiny, with one great side. The asymmetry between the front and the back bugs me. If both sides looked like the front I would like it more. Plain, if not particularly exciting facade and details. The offset spire bugs me a bit, but not a bad building. With good potential.

Nice height, but fairly ordinary looking.

There's nothing particularly 'wrong' with its design - but considering it's the Philippine's tallest building, they could have tried to make a more spectacular landmark than this. It needs to be more striking and distinctive imho.

Looks good from some angles but the concrete facade makes it look ugly 6/10

Well it's not bad, I can't really say anything is wrong with this tower's design, but at the same time I can't find anything special. It is very bland. One would expect a more daring design for such a tall tower.

I quite like the PBCOM Tower, 8.5/10.

The G.T. Tower looks better than The PBCOM, but the PBCOM serves better as the tallest building in Manila.

It looks very formal. And yes it looks like a "cellular phone" that reminds me of N5510(w/ antenna). Non-bias, 9.5.
