Studiot ajo hollandeze De Architekten Cie, ajo greko – belge Gigandes e arkitektit Zengelis dhe studio shqiptare Dea Studio kane prezantuar projekt idete e tyre per zhvillimin e kesaj zone.

"Tirana eshte bere stacioni ku ndodhin ngjarje shume te rendesishme per te nesermen, ngjarje qe kane te bejne me ide te reja, projekte, ambicie. Sipermarres shqiptare jane bashke ne Tirane per objekte te reja, te cilat neser bashke me te tjerat do te jene nje arsye per t'u krenuar per permbasen evropiane te kryeqytetit tone", u shpreh kryebashkiaku Edi Rama.

Tiranë-Tek Stacioni i trenit do të ndërtohen dy kulla gjigante. Sot u çel konkursi për projektin e tyre, ku në garë janë tre studio të huaja dhe një shqiptare. Përkatësisht, hollandezja De Architekten Cie, studioja greko-belge Gigandes - Zengelis dhe studio shqiptare Dea Studio. Ata kanë prezantuar projekt-idete e tyre për zhvillimin e kësaj zone.

Gjatë prezantimit të studiove garuese, kreu i Bashkisë, Edi Rama tha se “Tirana është bërë stacioni ku ndodhin ngjarje shumë të rëndësishme për të nesërmen, ngjarje që kanë të bëjnë me ide të reja, projekte, ambicie. Sipërmarres shqiptarë janë bashkë në Tiranë per objekte te reja, te cilat neser bashke me te tjerat do te jene nje arsye per t'u krenuar per permbasen evropiane te kryeqytetit tone".

Këto objekte, të cilat parashikohet të pasohen më vonë me ndërtimin edhe të disa kullave të tjera, janë pjesë e studimit francez për qendrën e Tiranës. Projekti në fjalë synon ta shtrijë edhe më tej, vizionin e qendrës së Tiranës, duke bërë që këto kulla të jenë jo vetëm tërheqëse nga pikëpamja arkitekturore, por të ofrojnë edhe shërbime të ndryshme për qytetarët.

Kullat janë konceptuar të jenë me një gjatësi 80 metra, duke marrë si pikë referimi ndërtesën e 15 katëshit, i cili është rreth 60 metra i lartë. Në hapësirën ku do të ndërtohen kullat, ëhstë projektuar edhe një lulishte, një mundësi kompensimi kjo për hapësirat publike. përkatësisht në pjesën veri-perëndimore të tij.

Sikur kryetaret i bejne keto per Objektet Publike (librari,muze, parqe, qendra kulturore etj), po jo per kulla .

Se me sa shihet puna e kryetarit te zgjedhur nga publiku eshte te bej kulla private (vec punes qe ka bashkia te aprovoj nqs keto objekte jane ne regull me planin e zones e standartet urbane, kaq).

O, Plani Francez (emer i bukur), qe ishte nje kopje e artiketures ekgzistuse, dhe e vetmia gje e re qe kulla te ngulura ne cdo hapesire boshe.

Kryetaret e Bashkive duhet te harxhojne kohen per te kunderten, per zgjerimin e hapesires publike,e te punet publike, bibloteka, parqe,kanalizime, uji etj me radhe qe bejne nje qytet te jetushem e jane punet qe publiku puneson nje njeri si Kryetari i Bashkise.

So far all of the towers planned, and built in tirana have had an interesting flare to them. TID is quite unique, these towers look unique as well. Polychronic tower has a unique design as well.

As far as I have understood: only one of those towers got chosen from the "Cie" studio... and the other one chosen is designed by Gigantes-Zenghelis Architects

Anyway... the towers from "Cie" looks interesting.. especially the fascades look quite unique and complex.. :cheers:

The further one of the two in this render was chosen from the dutch proposal. We still have no detailed visuals of the Zenghelis-Gigantes proposal. They don't have an online portfolio which doesn't really help.

A description


Tirana Station Towers

The design for these two towers is a blend of imagination and realism. The towers present a strong and recognizable image without lapsing into the inflation-prone pursuit of `iconic' expression. The outward form is distinctive and yet restrained enough not to exclude or overwhelm other architecture in the immediate surroundings. Construction and finishing are based on locally available technology, creativity and craftsmanship, with and emphasis on the use and encouragement of ecological technology. In short, efficiency and evocation go hand in hand here.

MaxMix
Both towers contain a maximum mix of offices, hotels and apartments, supplemented by large, communal splits in tower A and public facilities - a restaurant with lounge bar and a health club - in tower B. This is in addition to the similarly public retail programme at ground floor level which in both towers continues into a below-grade level. In tower B, this lower level links up with the neighbouring park and contains bars and restaurants and a music pavilion. All aimed at invigorating city life in this part of Tirana.

Horizontal/Vertical
In a city where the 19th-century Clock Tower (Kulla e Sahatit) and the more recent Tirana International Hotel have long been the tallest buildings in Tirana, these two towers will be a defining visual element in the city's new skyline. Thanks to their height they will also offer a variety of superb - horizontally or vertically framed - views of the city, the surrounding mountains and the new park.

Specific and Generic
The two towers are different but unmistakably related; like brother and sister they share the same DNA. Façade elements and material tactility, the structural setup and the floor plans, they underline the essence of this design proposal which delivers an architecture that is simultaneously specific and generic.

In collaboration with "Architekten Cie", BaksvanWengerden Architecten designed two towers for the new station area in Tirana, Albania. Both towers contain a maximum mix of offices, hotel rooms and apartments.

Tower A has a vertical mix of programme supplemented by vertical voids to optimise the penetration of natural daylight and generate views over the city and the adjoining mountains. In tower B the programme is horizontally mixed with open floors to accommodate public facilities – restaurant, lounge bar and health club. Both towers have retail and catering programme at ground floor level.
In addition to this tower B has a underground passageway to a music pavilion in the park.

The intensified multi-use character of these towers underscores the ambition to invigorate city life in this part of Tirana. The two towers are different but unmistakably related.

The Albanian city of Tirana could soon have two spangly new towers if proposals for a new development around the city's train station are approved.

Aptly, but maybe a tad obviously named the Train Station Towers, the design for the project is the work of Albanian architectural firm BaksvanWengerden, in collaboration with Cie architects.

With both standing at 85 metres, the intention is not to hit a breathtaking height but rather to be discreetly iconic.

Despite the obvious relation between the two towers each has been given its own specific look, the first having a rather haphazard stacked look while the other has a more tidy looking stacked block look.

Each have various voids set into the facades to allow for maximum light penetration and to form public spaces but these run vertically in one tower and horizontal in the other, like a brother and sister who while being the same have to have slight difference to mark their individuality. To enhance the towers relation to one and other common materials are used in both of towers glazed facades.

Each of the towers will house a mixture of office space, hotels and apartments as well as many public amenities such as restaurants, lounge bar and a health club, while tower B has underground access to a music pavilion in the nearby park.

It's hoped that the substantial public facilities within the towers will help ensure the integration of the project into the city rather than act as a development standing in glorious isolation. Still in the proposal stages there is currently no time frame for completion of the towers.

Me hartat e 2009..?Duhet te kishte perfunduar te pakten si karabina tani nese ka 3 vjet qe punohet :sly:

- Zippo dhe Banesat/Magazinat e ndertuara pa leje jane braktisur qe ne fund te 2010.

- Hangaret, qe per nje kohe te gjate kane sherbyer si magazina per distributorin e Coca Cola / Ujit Tepelena , per Tiranen, jane braktisur me urdher te bashkise ne Qershor/Korrik te 2011.

- Kurse per parkun ku nisen autobusat e Shkodres dhe te Veriut, nuk jam i sigurte, me duket se atje jane akoma, por besoj do te zhvendosen tek ai stacioni i ri i famshem kur ti vije koha!!

- Kurse tek TNG nga Google Satelite duken skavatoret, por duke pasur parasysh se hartat per Tiranen duhet te jen dicka te viteve 2009/2010 nuk duken akoma germimet :dunno:

..........mbi te gjitha, ne pershkrimin e zyres se shitjeve, qe e pershkruan zonen si ajken e qyteterimit, ka harruar te theksoje se gjithe Rruga "Karl Gega" eshte e mbushur me kasolle informale e treg gabelesh!! :nuts:

Kjo si zone do te ndryshoje pas zgjatjes se Bulevardit Zogu I deri ne Paskuqan, apo ajo zgjatje nuk do te ndikoje shume ne hapesiren perreth TNG?

Pa ate zgjatimin, TNG = Gratacela ke tregu i gabelve, ne te majte te plehrave abuzive!!! :lol:

Gjithsesi, pervec shakave, ja nje prezantim ne terren te objekteve qe kisha shenjuar ne harten me siper.

Rastesisht, duke kerkuar materiale mbi zonen e trenit, me doli perpara nje album i fotografes Sara Munari, ne ekspozite ne Muzeun e Artit Fotografik te Romes me titull "Di Treni di sassi di vento" , ku ka ne fokus pamje nga komuniteti rom ne zonen e trenit dhe bregut te lumit.

Ish Magazinat e Coca Coles jane kthyer ka disa vite ne nje qender alternative arti bashkekohor e quajtur Tirana Ekspres ... Ja si e kane transformuar ambjentin , dhe me aq sa di jane te suksesshem , bejne koncerte muzike alternative live , ekspozita , shfaqje filmash etj . Diçka ndryshe nga lokalet e blllokut apo institucionet e artit ne qender .
