Guys use Google or any search engine to find out about them...this is not rocket science.:ohno::ohno:

And I've seen more sketches and elevations of this project. I think Nishanth has some of the sketches with him... And I also think there is a plan to construct a ramp or an elevated road to the Hi-lite plaza. This commercial wing is really going to be a marvel and will complement the CyberPark which is going to come up virtually opposite it.

Creche is where parents leave their children during day time when they go out for their job. Simply means day care. Its common in urban areas. Mallus pronounce it like "Crush" ;) Just heard about the other two. In my limited knowledge Sauna is a room for steam bathing. I had seen them in hollywood movies only. ;) Jacuzzi is a type of bathtub. Somebody correct me if I am wrong.

The Kozikode-based Hi Lite Mall, a project launched by the Hi Lite builders, has roped in some of the key national and international brands as its anchor customers.

Lifestyle, Spar, Cinepolis, Amoeba Leisure Zone etc are some of the leading players that have taken space at the Hi Lite Mall. Hi Lite Mall is part of the Hi Lite City project being promoted by the Hi Lite builders. :banana::banana:

Very true, I had stunned to see United Colors of Benetton in Cherootty road during my last visit to Calicut. I have a feeling that ,Unlike big cities even very common people here know the brand value of each product, not just the upper middle class.

Cinepolis started their Indian operations in Amritsar first, and Bangalore was their second venture only..Later they have started in Patna and Ahmedabad .. and they are going to open the latest multiplex in Mangalore soon..

Good update, man. However, the Building marked as Apartment Building#3 is actually part of the Second residential Tower. The one marked as "Commercial Building#1" is the Third Residential Tower. As far as I know, they will start work on Commercial tower 2 only after the First Commercial tower is occupied. Cheers!

They have dropped that project due to some local issue and soil barring issue....
that much a damn project is not feasible in that soil....

i asked some of the staffs who were in marketing and in technical field about this .but none of them have any idea .I also think that there is no chance for further expansion . hotel building is the only one to get constructed.

And one more think is Hilite builders is going to launch their new project on the sides Arapuzha River,near to Kadavu Resort.It is highly expensive which have a cost above 3.5 Cr per unit. may be they are trying to compensate the loss in Hilite Marina.

I believe many of us earlier had questioned about the ecological impact of Hilite marina.

Its an apartment .heard that it is not a damn big project like Marina or Hills.It may be a high rise i think .
The exact location is Salafi nagar where Mujahid congress held....Just adjacent to the proposed Conventional center of R.P

If the statement was for me, then simplicity should clarify that of these structures, which one (apart from the small prasanth-associates building in the second picture) does not belong to hi-lite city.

I liked calicut very much and I had been to calicut once when I was on my way to Guruvayoor.

Got some info about hi lite expansion. It will be 19/20 storied with 2bhk 3bhk & duplex. Not sure how many towers. Claiming some new concept which kerala has not yet seen. Not sure what they mean by that. Might be the premium club house with lifetime membership they are planing to offer. Official launch date not yet announced.

Also no cut down on any existing plans.
