10 Floors, hmm We did a 9 floor building, with 250 apartments and each floor about 5900sqm in about a year, so seems possible :dunno:

I think the ground work is the challenge but if they start ground floor construction the beggining of next year, then they will be able to complete in time.

Very dubai

This does not look like the Cape Town one. The Cape Town Coral Hotel is much more "box-like" to fit in with the Bo-Kaap architecture, this is indeed more "Dubai-ish" in design and may well be a new property for them in SA.

still doesnt answer where it is, if work has really started or anything.... This one and the Durban one were both mentioned at the same time, but we have heard no more on either of them since...is there any new info??
