One Monte - Hotel and Office Park Development
The much anticipated development project - One Monte has been successfully awarded to WHBO Construction. This R300 million project is the newest addition to the dominant Montecasino precinct, located along Montecasino Boulevard and in close proximity to all shops, hotels, casinos, entertainment centres and related amenities.
The office park comprise of 7 magnificent office blocks, all contiguous to a chic Italian theme, dominated by an extraordinary courtyard. The office design caters for both smaller users between 250sqm to 750sqm, whilst also targeting the larger corporate from 1500sqm to 3000sqm or more. The grand feature of ‘One Monte’ is the presence of a 200 room, 4 star world-class hotel, set in the tradition of European styled design.
‘One Monte’ has decided to add carefully selected X factor vendor to compliment the office park through the additions of an energetic café bar restaurant. As a further draw card to this new addition at Montecasino, Southern Sun will also establish their new conference facility at ‘One Monte’ which will bolster and enhance the character of the node. This 16000sqm development project will be constructed within an approximate 16 months contract period.
