How did you get those skyscrapers to appear so early on in the game?

The city is very young. The region is very old though. This city borders a city of 500,000 and is bordered by another city that has 200,000 people. I forgot to play this city and when I did there was demand to commute to the cities next to this one. That spark created skyscrapers! :cool:

Wow! Very googd for no cheats! - Although I don't cheat at all. :)
