The vanProijlen Trading Tower has been in my city for years......but I can't seem to ever get anymore to grow.........it's one of the coolest structures in the game..........

what are those 3 towers in a row to the right, that look like that old Central Park residential building?

because of the difficulty of zoning 4x4 zones, for a while i didn't think SC4 allowed that(even though in my first cities i'd done it, by accident,) so the 4x4 $$$ commercial towers are pretty rare in MEga, but I got 3 of them to develop on Monday (all 3 are different, too, from the Euro and Houston sets.)
I plan to fix this when Giga City is built.

hmm, the rarest I've seen is the Waco Co., with only one developing, ever, out of two regions.

try holding the control key while zoning, that's the way I zone to qet 4x4 lots or 5x5 ,6x6 or the zise I want

I've never seen a zone bigger than 4x4.

Sure, it's on a 4x4 lot, the reason why so few people live there is that it was recently abandonned but lukaly it "normal" again:)

I've seen that residential in one of my cities........seems very rare though......can't seem to get it in any other city........maybe it's a regional thing that allows certain structures? :dunno:

I've only seen it one or two times too, maybe the area needs to be very dense.

and no, most are avenues because I had serious problems with traffic, and the mass transportations wasn't enough, even my highways, more then 5 by city have a heave traffic already, the commercial city is hiper movimented, because it is only comercial/office and it has about 400.000 jobs, so it is quite big.

that big one you think isn't realistic, yeah, it's not as nicely drawn as the others, but having seen the "real version" almost every day for 5 years, I find it REALLY realistic
