Emporis.com has upgraded the height to 222 m.
The building is visible as being on the right of the under construction tower in the two photos.

6/10 - It has a fairly nice, shiny-shiny glass curtainwall, which contrasts nicely with the lighter trim, and again , I will give them credit for trying to do *something* with the roof.
But - The roof is still not that great; it doesn't really seem well thought out. It's also fat, which, along with the horizontal emphasis on the spandrels, really kills the height. And it's simply not that exciting shapewise either....
