The base raises eyebrows, it looks like a polished add-on to prevent the tower from toppling over.

Yes, it looks a bit like Republic Plaza, but the building looks bland. Could use a bit more glass, a better color, and a better base.

Facade is dull but the shape is interesting, especially the base. At least it doesnt look top-heavy and appears to obey the law of gravity.
