Sim City 3000.

This is the City of Rexburg, which I made using USGS DEM elevation data, and adding the Teton river by hand.

In reality Rexburg has 17,257 residents plus about 10,000 college students as of the 2000 census.

This is how it looks as of March 23, 1980: Pop: 239,822 (it would be the biggest city in Idaho). I should finish playing this out through at least 2300AD.

Awsome city! The suburbs actually look nice! (Thanks to SC3k!).

Your downtown looks really nice too. You put in the landmarks at the right place!

Thanks guys.

I just wish all the farms wouldn't have turned into industrial parks by 1980. That's kinda of inevitable for some odd reason.

Also the street grid is closely made as Rexburg really is. U.S. Highway 20 was a pain since you can't make on/off ramps at an angle.

Demolish the industrail stuff and plant trees to keep down polloution. If you get polloution then farms will go away and industrail buildings will come in.

Very cool. It actually looks pretty realistic to me.

I forgot all about this. Since then my PC crashed so I don't have it anymore, but if I get SC4 maybe I'll start over again.

If u want all farms u should have made them historical. If not industry will take over.

really nice,

I miss the water functionalities from Simcity 3, you could place water on a montain and then make a water fall, and in Simcity4, it just can not be done, just with some fake bat's which just doesn't look so real.
