Definitivamente si merece un theread este proyecto que en lo particular es el primero de Uso Mixto que hay en la Zona Metropolitana, esto empieza a consolidar la famosa "Corona" de Edificios que se pretende construir arriba de los 1900 metros sobre el nivel del mar, nada mal para nuestra ciudad el saber la existencia de este tipo de proyectos para 2009.
Demos seguimiento a esto que es PUNTA DIAMANTE.

MIXE USE PUNTA DIAMANTE
Somewhere between a high place and Queretaro’s sundown, there is Punta Diamante, a unique project in Querétaro is dedicated to equilibrate the rythms of modern life.
A project of integration that offers three spaces of time: dwelling, working and entertaining, experiencing the pleasure of living in harmony with the city and with Nature.
7300 squared meters and a complicated geometry and topography allows working with a rough horizontal plane and an extended vertical one.
In an attempt of belonging to the site, a basement that links the city with the building is generated.
The volcanic rock creates self-identity and creates different textures and hues throughout the public floor. The paving and stone walls integrate different uses, so that dwelling, offices and commerce are integrated through the color black.
The floors transform into walls beside the old airport highway in an attempt to link the project with the terrain’s slope.
The access leads to a staircase adapted to the topography and then to the plaza. Once there, it is possible to appreciate the whole complex.
The staircase is the strategic point of the project. It not only provides circulation, but also joins all spaces and frames the views to the city. As the result of its location, it also works as the scenario of users’ coexistence.
As a response of the act of building over natural ground, we propose a green wall. A vertical garden over the service core of the office tower that will provide a comfortable atmosphere. It will take advantage of the direction of the wind as it purifies its air. It will also become a strong expression to the private spaces of the apartments, to the stairway, to the plaza and, as importantly, to the urban landscape. It will be the first of its kind in Querétaro.
We believe we should build with the natural environment, not against it.
One of the most important specific conditions in the project has to do with its orientation. Many types of screens will counteract sunlight incidence and will create a strong image to the complex. Their rhythms will change according to the position of the sun. In the apartment tower the projection of the slabs to the south avoids sunlight during winter. A series of fixed screens draw a certain rhythm on the facade and frame Querétaro’s downtown, the aqueduct, and further away the natural reserve of “El Tángano“.
The northern facade faces the plaza and the office tower is more shut in order to have more privacy.
The horizontal gaps of the windows emphasize the long dimensions of the building. Fixed screens will help to create a dynamic play of light and shadows depending on the time of the day.
Another objective is to encourage the pedestrian itineraries and the public life of the plaza and the green zones.

En algún punto entre el alto y el centro de Queretaro, es Punta Diamante, un proyecto único en Querétaro dedicada a equilibrar los ritmos de la vida moderna.
El proyecto integra tres espacios de tiempo: vivienda, trabajo y entretenimiento, lo que permite una experiencia del placer de vivir en armonía con la ciudad y con la naturaleza.
7300, metros cuadrados y una complicada geometría y la topografía dio Anónimo LED arquitectos la oportunidad de trabajar con un duro plano horizontal y uno vertical extendido una.
En un intento de «pertenencia» al lugar, un sótano que une la ciudad con la construcción se genera la exposición de la roca volcánica que crea la propia identidad y presenta diferentes texturas y matices en todo el suelo público. El pavimento y paredes de piedra integrar los diferentes usos, de manera que las viviendas, oficinas y comercio se han integrado a través del color negro. Los suelos se transforman en paredes al lado de la antigua carretera del aeropuerto en un intento de vincular el proyecto con la pendiente del terreno.
El acceso conduce a una escalera adaptada a la topografía y luego a la plaza. Una vez allí, es posible apreciar todo el complejo.
La escalera es el punto estratégico del proyecto. No sólo proporciona la circulación, pero también se suma a todos los espacios y marcos de los puntos de vista a la ciudad. Como resultado de su ubicación, sino que también funciona como el escenario de los usuarios la coexistencia.
Los arquitectos creen en la construcción para el medio ambiente natural, no en contra de ella. Una de las más importantes las condiciones específicas en el proyecto tiene que ver con su orientación. Las fachadas hablan el mismo idioma para integrar un archivo de proyecto, la utilización de las bandas responde a las formas y en el programa. En la torre de oficinas, las bandas se utilizan para hacer hincapié en vertical y sofisticada en la torre. En el oeste las bandas acercarse a proteger de la luz del sol. La torre de apartamentos tiene las mismas bandas, pero de manera horizontal. La fachada norte se enfrenta a la plaza y la torre de oficinas es más cerrada con el fin de tener más privacidad.
Otro objetivo es animar a los itinerarios peatonales y la vida pública de la plaza y las zonas verdes

Como bien mencionan pretenden que este proyecto que para mi es innovador para Querétaro y ahora se une a la competencia del icono arquitectonico vertical, dialogará con la Ciudad.
