Orchid Enclave is one of Mumbai's tallest under construction projects. It will contain 5 floors of parking and a mall with 47 residential. The project has been delveloped by DB Realty (http://www.dbrealty.in/residential/details.asp?pName=Orchid%20Enclave&ptype=Residential&pstatus=ongoing) and they have many more projects coming up in Mumbai. Once complete at 210m (689 ft) it will be the third tallest building in Mumbai behind the Imperial Towers (http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=471390) and Lodha Bellissimo. The building itself looks nice, but the area around it looks like a slum. I see a few tall buildings in the pictures, couldn't they build these in better locations? I don't think any middle class/rich people would wanna live in such an area, would they?

:)that is not much of an issue cause mumbai is getting redeveloped slowly so at one point of time they are going to disappear
