View Full Version : Model of the Sears Tower,open it,it was a hard work!

I am Oscar from Spain and I have always loved Chicago,it's a great city although I haven't been to it yet.This summer me and my friend had some free time and decided to build this nice Sears Tower model,we got information,buy the materials,and you can see the result! Trust me it was a really really hard work,but I think it worths the pain doesn't it? Now it is placed in the living room,I love it!!

That was an excellent and very detailed model. A 10/10 for all the hard work you put in. You should be proud. :)

That is one of the best models I have ever seen! It looks almost real with the 'glass' and all.

What is it made of? And how did you print the window frames on that translucent material?

Anyhow, that was a job well done and you should be very proud of it! Amazing model!:)

thats an excellent model you made of the sears tower i was wondering where you found all the specifications and dimensions for the sears tower ive been looking for a long time for some but i have been having a hard time finding them if you could show me where you found them i would appreciate that much thanks.

I work across the street from the Sears Tower and that is a very accurate model even down to the skydeck lobby and the base. great work
