No, its in the center of Morocco, its called Ifrane.

ifrane is stunning. i dont know if its because i have seen more pics of morocco on here more than any other north african nation bu i got to say morocco is a must visit in my lifetime there is so much beauty and diversity not to mention those beautiful empty highways that i can see myself cruising there criss crossing the whole country
