Un groupe anglais veut investir 5,7 milliards de DH
Le groupe anglais «Beach and golf resort» compte investir 5,7 milliards de DH pour le tourisme et l’immobilier à Souiria Laqdima. Le projet étudié sur 200 ha permettrait 2.000 postes de travail. Le groupe a pour intention d’investir pour construire une marina, 400 villas, 200 appartements, un hôtel 5 étoiles plus SPA, un beach hôtel, un aparthôtel, un club de sport, un golf 18 trous, une académie de formation et un club Nick Faldo.
