:dunno: Anybody here who can help me ... I need to get some birdeyes or panorama view pictures of the buildings and their heights in meter which located among Jalan Raja Chulan, Jalan Changkut Raja Chulan, Jalan Changkut Bukit Bintang, Jalan Bukit Bintang and Jalan Sultan Ismail.
some buildings are : Menara Genesis, Hotel Istana, Arab Malaysian Finance, Plaza MCB, Wisma HLA, Menara Aik Hua, Menara Pengkalen, Plaza See Hoy Chan, Wisma Boustead, Menara Boustead, Kondominium Sri Raja Chulan, Kondominium Downtown, etc ...

Hi there. Welcome to the forum.
The height in metrics of the buildings you mentioned are still unknown except for Menara Boustead which is 131m ;) Wisma Boustead is not a highrise, but a very slender low rise just beside Menara Boustead.

That would be Menara UniAsia....UniAsia is an insurance company......used to be known as SEA Insurance. This building is opposite Maju Perdana ;)

This is some 'Yayasan...blah blah' building...I think it is Yayasan Tun Hussein Onn but I couldn't be sure cos I passed that place the other day and they removed the construction board already but no signboard in place yet.

But the building are fully litted up at night! :D Glenj saw this too.......;)

The building design is similar with Dayabumi. Probably this is semi or goverrnment agency buildings.

It did not seems to be a hospital building to me (although it is a hospital), It seems more like a Main terminal of Transportation (like KL Sentral) :D Kidding

yes....the Bandar Tasik Selatan is gonna known as the Southern Terminus soon as there are 3 metros which converge - ERL, KTM Komuter and Starline. They are now building a new bus terminal there (next to ERL station) to relieve Puduraya of the south-bound busses. ;)

That is not Istana Kayangan.......it would be the Istana Selangor (Istana Hinggap) at the Lake Gardens. :)

BTW, Istana Kayangan are perched on top of a hill at Shah Alam and featured a huge roof. ;)

Well the interior of SAAS Airport had been renovated in the early 80s to acommodate air-conditioning (or was that late 70s?). Actually it is only minor modifications lah! (if compared with today's refurbishments!) :D

Well.....this garden is part of the Lake Gardens. This is the Asean Garden (or something like that lah!) :D which is located just outside the Tugu Negara. One could see this garden opposite the main entrance of the Lake Club. ;)

This garden are dotted with sculptures by artists from all ASEAN countries. :)

This garden I haven't been before also......just passes by it many times.......it is at the entrance of Lake Gardens and Tugu Negara.....I always lalu the road there........the road that leads towards Bangunan Parliament. ;)

Yes......it is the PWTC Starline station ;) ....and it is located above the Gombak River. This station opened in 1998 if I am not mistaken as part of the second phase of Starline.

This area is far from Puduraya bus terminal......the bus terminal is 4 stations away from this area. :)

I think I know which bus terminal you're referring to - it is the Putra Bus Terminal (next to PWTC).

If not then it could be the Jalan Pahang's Pekeliling Bus Terminal which is also a short walk from PWTC. ;)

The 'orange mall with the hotel' is The Mall at Putra Place. The hotel there is Legend Hotel which is located obove the mall. ;)

This is PWTC! :D It is near Chow Kit area....next to Starline's PWTC station and opposite Legend Hotel and The Mall ;)

The 2nd one is one hell of a turn off for such a nice area. The construction of this apartment halted in 2000, resumed in 2001 and stopped again. :bash:

It's making lots of money since the area hold many major sports events like water sports and golf and those involved would stay there. Tiger woods, Beckham, Sultans and Presidents stayed there before. The area where it is located is called Mines also has a huge mall and a convention centre there. Though it's luxury, it has some rooms which are at "budget" value. But of course it loses out to Mandarin Oriental ;)
I've never been inside Sapura HQ. Maybe someday. :)

It's only a 20M people country, and KL is only 2M, but developers there are always going for monstrous projects, and I'm always thinking "ok, it will never make money, wayyy too big and there's already so many 5-stars hotels/shopping centres/amusement park (check the correct terms ;-) )". And somehow it works. That's puzzling ^^

Yes....Taman Tasik Perdana (also known as KL Lake Gardens) is located just across the road from KL Sentral. I believe that the lake is man-made ;)

modern look for typical public food court and the colors just right to mix with the surroundings. high ceilings for better ventilation altho location on the river is not good consider river in kl is not that clean and sometimes they smell too. or at least it provide better view than age old house blocks behind it.

The completed E-Tiara and on-going Tiaraville Service Apartments in SS16 Subang Jaya. Between them and Carrefour (where u can see the blue barrier on your left) there'll be another 4 blocks of development called Subang Avenue.
