East & West the real estate arm of DAS Holding, the international investment group based in Abu Dhabi, reveals its latest development in Dubai Maritime City a high-end residential tower, Sea Gull further uplifting the area's reputation and desirability as a residential site with high property values.

This admirable venture poised to deliver a peerless experience for residents.

Located in the bosom of Dubai Maritime City, Seagull will occupy a plot area of 10,555sqm and a total gross floor area of 75,628 sqm. The project assets encompass its prime location, sublime views, impressive design and sleek exterior finish, technology-oriented amenities and ample parking spaces.

In close proximity to Dubai International Airport, as well as to the happening spots and main attractions of the city, Seagull consists, on the one hand, of a 5-level Podium assigned for office, retail and residential use. The mix will include numerous specialty stores, boutique shops, restaurants, delicatessens, and entertainment venues, all full of anticipation about partaking in this sophisticated urban development and catering for the area's swelling number of residents and visitors.

The 46-floor Tower, on the other hand, is reserved for residential apartments ranging from studios, to one-bedroom flats, two-bedroom flats, duplexes, and a penthouse, equally directed at young singles, executives, couples and families.

'This new residential project is incredibly exciting,'

said Mr. Adel Ahmed Lootah - a high ranked Das official- developer of Seagull.

'Being able to offer people the chance to live in such a high-profile residential tower and give them access to a world unlike any other. Seagull is part of a mixed-use development which will perfectly serve all those living, working or studying in Dubai.'

The developers' interest in the Dubai Maritime City site strongly demonstrates the continuing global confidence in the area. They are thrilled about being able to orchestrate an engaging lifestyle that is second to none.

The Seagull Tower promotes contemporary architecture, urbanism, and cultural exchange at their best. It has been designed to be the centre of a growing residential hub and a destination in its own right. An elegance that will add positively to the Dubai skyline, in terms of vitality and distinction.

They set many projects on hold ! Don't worry ! If the crunch is over Maritime City will be build ! If this tower is in doesn't matter ! Maybe they should replace it with a 100 floor main tower :D:D
