I don't think Tinapa needs another attraction. It is spectacular in its own right. I think the WOW! factor is missing because there is no decor to it. If more interior/exterior decor is added, that will breathe some life into the buildings. Right now the building have no personality, but that should come as the shops begin to open and traffic increases.

Actually if Tinapa ,had something like the London Eye ( Ferris Wheel) only bigger i think this will atract a lot of people and make it stand out more

As you said, the buildings could be more creative and there is no bigger than life attraction like the tallest building, amusement park, Casino, museum, or something different kind of like Vegas. There is nothing here that will have the international community talking about flying off to Tinapa for shopping. The idea was to put Nigeria on the map with this project and it's nice but again we are talking about making a splash.

Have you ever seen Sun City in South Africa AKA the lost city?

Atlantis in the Bahamas is another spot which mesmerizes it's visitors but Tinapa falls short in dazzling. IMO

Now It wouldn't take much to get it there because it's already good just get some abstract african art or artists to get to work.
