i think this development is next to The École Supérieure des Affaires in Clemencau, becoz from the rendering it almost looks like the gefinor hotel is behind it, and the al tajer centre on the corner there...and the rendering does show the back of the building, although even the back looks pretty neat and modern! great project i think :)

this is stunning, this tower will be built, taking the road which leads up towards the jumblat palace then pasta di casa resto in clemenceau, it will be built on ur right hand side at the end of the road, directly facing cmc medical centre.

^^ Sorry I don't get your question Beiruti. The ministry of Tourism has no nearby ongoing projects. To the left of the Ministry after crossing the road (where I think your pointing), is the Fransabank main branch in Hamra. I will try to locate your posted render in #12, I just have to rely on my luck. Anyway, am on a "mission" to update all the projects that we have here, and am putting location targets in Beirut and try to "swipe" all the ongoing projects there, so eventually I will come across this render somewhere.

If u can pinpoint me the location you were talking about on wikimapia, I can check it out for you.

My memory of the ministry building isnt very sharp, but i thought it may be the building on the right in the rendering (http://wikimapia.org/#lat=33.8951343&lon=35.4887366&z=19&l=0&m=b&v=1). But you are right, there is no plot there.
