It's 52 floors, people . . . The top floors can only be seen through a specific type of glass . . . a glass that only I sell . . . Best Buy: $56,000 per shard.

It is not 52 floors by any stretch of imagination..seems more like 42 floors..
Besides it seems to be be unattended to for quite some time now!
