"AL-JANOUB INDUSTRIAL PARK" (JIP), is the first privately developed and most modern industrial park in Lebanon built over 700,000 square meter of land. South Development Company (SODEVCO) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Arabian Civil Works Company (ACW). SODEVCO was created to develop and manage AL-Janoub Industrial Park.

JIP is divided into sectors planned to accommodate different types of industries. Different plot sizes are offered ranging from 1,000 to 9,500 square meter with the possibility of combining several plots.

The following types of parcels and buildings are available in JIP:

Owner occupied parcels: The parcel is sold, and later on the company will build its own factory according to specific regulations and zoning ordinances.
Ready-to-use buildings: Addressed to small and medium size firms.
Warehouses: Plots benefit from higher surface coverage one limited to one level.
Service activities: Within the amenity center, commercial space is available for shops and other services to the park and the neighboring population.

It's very good to hear about a non-residential project of this size under construction...especially in Saida.

It's also notable that they have incorporated green spaces!
