If the city is chosen to host the Cup in 2014, probably began in the maximum until July/2009, if not chosen, i do not know.

And thats without the seats, imagine will look even more amazing with seat design, loving the exterior and how the boxes are sat over the tribunes in the roof amazing stuff!

The overall color combinations are fantastic, which make the stadium look more graceful, more comfortable, more luxurious, especially greenish tone plays a very important role there, in my feelings.

Awesome my favorite World Cup 2014 venue. With stadiums like this the Brazilian league will be on the rise again.

Excellent design, one of better that I have seen. Brazil has been brightened by the stadiums to receive the World Cup.

You don't see such overlapping tiers in new stadium projects very often, I really like it.

in some ways, reminds me of a mini San Siro, with a better exterior,,,, looks bigger than 42,000, or maybe is just the steepness of the design

I like the desing but I think it does not fit there, in the middle of the city. Florianopolis is not a huge city and I think that it could be build out Sao Joao or in another place. Florianopolis has good infrastructure and good highways. It wont be a problem if it is located out of the city

how probable is that Florianpolis, will be awarded with WC 2014 matches??

I live in Florianópolis and the project is very great! The only problem is the neighbourhood (Estreito) around the stadium: it's very dense and very "gray". The issue of transport is not easy to solve too. Well, the new stadium will be one of the most beauty of Brazil. The energy will be generated by photovoltaics solar cells in the top of the Arena.

Florianopolis unfortunately was not chosen as headquarters for the Cup in 2014. But the project is in progress, but unfortunately will not be for the Cup

Yes Florianopolis 2 clubs the Avai (1st Division) and Figueirense (when the 2nd Division), but always attended the Championships of Brazilian elite. And please note that this stage would be very useful for events in the capital of the state of Santa Catarina

q pena q foi cancelado hein era um belissimo projeto,é nessa hora q se separa os grandes dos pequenos enquanto o Juvenal Juvencio conseguiu bilhões pra reforma do Morumbi mesmo sabendo q praticamente a nova arena do corinthians foi escolhida como sede (OBS:sou palmeirense) desistem desse projeto q pode muito bem ser realizado se for levado adiante mas pensam pequeno pequenos sempre serão
