it is under construction that is a fact ( google earth ) but not in 2005 ...

You can see Taparura project is not began (but the date of the finishing of the first part is today (12/05/2009).

un bel ouvrage, certes, mais quelque peu terni par ces horribles verrues que sont ces climatiseurs / n'y avait-il pas lieu de les disposer sur le toit comme celà se fait ?

Excellent design as I said in some older posts, the real thing is even better (according to me) than the 3D renders (despite the air conditioners that alter the view...)

C'est pas normal que les habitants 2 cette ville continuent a' accepter sinon encourager la defiguration 2 leurs communes 2 cette maniere. Deja' que franchement pour le statut de 2eme ville du pays ca me semble assez hallucinant, mais 2 la' a' carrement batir des horreurs et "embellir" le tout par ces climatiseurs qui sortent 2 partout, alors la' on n'est pas sorti 2 l'auberge!
