Kalau TA tu highclass ,, mana berani aku pagi-pagi belum mandi ... pake celana pendek + sandal jepit, sambil bawa map/dokumen .. buat dipos di TIKI hahaha .... Dengan pedenya ngantri di RotiBoy pula :D ... kalau gak bawa duit, bahkan dengan penampilan seadanya. Aku secara sengaja juga gak bakal ngambil duit di ATM gallery yang di parkiran. Tapi langsung aja ngambil di ATM gallery yang di lantai G, yang deket BreadTalk yang banyak bank-bank itu :banana:

Kalau di PS ... kayaknya aku gak berani hahaha ..... Apalagi pas di Pacific Place, lagi jalan2 di Tanah Abang... ehh di calling diajakin LUNCH di Pacific Place (gila itu my first and last time being there ...), udah berasa SAL-TUM abiss ..... hahaha. Setelah ditanyain alasan orang yang ngajakin kita makan di Pacific Place .... Jawabannya simple banget, katanya dia suka Ambience nya dan kapal2annya itu :nuts: ...

Sampai hari ini aja aku gak pernah masuk ke GI atau SC, alasannya selain gak tahu dan gak ngerti ke sana mau belanja apa... kalau cuman liat-liat malas lah ... Udah nyetir mobil ke sana bikin cape' gara2 kalau gak Three-In-One yaa macet ... Udah itu aja kemungkinannya. Apalagi kalau kejebak Weekend-night traffic nya Jakarta, kayaknya gak WORTHed banget shopping di tempat2 seperti itu, unless our family punya driver or something like that.

I believe either Grand Indonesia or Pacific Place will come third, Senayan City fourth. It is difficult to get a list of all the shops for Pacific Place and their website is not up to date.

Plaza Indonesia has so many famous brands, some of these brands are very rare seen in Asia, you can only find it their boutiques in Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, or probably KL.

Hopefully this place can keep up the standard, and bring up more famous brand shops once the extension completed.

HN's GI and singapore have manolo. Singapore has balenciaga, manolo and missoni. hongkok has Stella McCartney. So, i think it will attract more foreign tourists and jakarta's people to spend their money in jakarta if abercrombie opens its store here. a lot of indonesian and asian fly to US every year to buy abercrombie. I think if one of jakarta's mall can close the deal with abercrombie this year, we can be the second country to have it after japan. Tokyo will have it this year.

i definitely think we should try to get at least missoni, marni and stella mccartney. jakarta's upper echelon society is crazy about them. it baffles me why fendi left plaza senayan. i hope it'll come back with a bigger and better standalone store, just like chanel did.

benar..di factory outlets di New York juga gitu..apa lagi kalau ada national holiday sale..yang ngantri di depan toko2 kaya brand2 yg lo sebutin biasanya orang2 asia semua.Memang murah sih..katanya tas yang di sini 20 juta bisa cuman $600 di sana.

finally have time to open this. @spector dunno about whether abercrombie will come to indonesia or not. But it is ivestigating some countries in asia right now. Sorry about earlier, btw I like your idea about stand alone boutique in Indonesia, cause Singapore and Malaysia have alot. recently, my friend from Spore said lv, cartier, dior, and another 3 brands that i forget will open duplex store in Spore. Hope Jakarta will have it too. About H&M I heard it'll open its first south east asia store in singapore but i dunno whether it is true or not. Cause when I read its press release H&M hasn't stated anything bout its expansion to Spore instead i found it is going to open its store in seoul. hope jakarta will get it first before singapore.

Brand2 tersebut pantas ada di jakarta, karena jumlah orang kaya di indonesia lebih banyak daripada singapore. Kalau ada brand2 lain yang di nanti2kan fashionista indonesia, akan saya informasikan di list berikutnya. tapi mengingat kondisi global crisis sekarang, nampaknya harus bersabar dahulu, karena industri luxury goods menahan ekspansinya, termasuk di indonesia.

Yup, kehadiran brand2 tersebut diatas memang sudah lama ditunggu oleh para fashionista di Indonesia, terutama jakarta. Mungkin kondisi krisis global sekarang bukan saat yang tepat bagi brand2 tersebut untuk ekspansi, bisa jadi tahun 2010 adalah saat yang tepat untuk membuka kembali pasar luxury goods di Indonesia yang semakin booming dan terus berkembang seiiring dgn pertumbuhan ekonomi & daftar orang kaya di Indonesia yg semakin bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Jadi tidak ada salahnya bagi brand2 premium tersebut membuka stand alone boutique nya di jakarta, karena kebanyakan dari brand2 tersebut juga membuka stand alone boutiquenya di luar negeri, seperti Singapore, KL, Bangkok, Hong Kong bahkan Manila & Ho Chi Minh City. Jadi kenapa Jakarta tidak, bukan? Karena koleksi di stand alone boutique sudah pasti lebih lengkap daripada di dept.store.
